    Around the first of August we were looking for a painter for our mothers she had recently passed away and are wanting to sell her condo. We had a friend that is a professional painter and has a company locally in *********** and I knew a few people who were happy with his work so we decided to go with him and his daughter. They ordered the paint 19 gallons which we paid for. We thought it was excessive amount but hes professional. We asked that the wallpaper be taken down because the person before my mom painted over it which was in the price they quoted us. They textured over one wall with the wallpaper and painted over it again the other walls with wallpaper they just left smooth and painted over yet again. The didnt finish the trim work, or the cutting in, they didnt even finish all the painting. We bought 2 gallons of paint because they took what was leftover which belonged to us we paid separately for that. It in the 2 gallons we used we did multiple walls again and still have a lot left over so I guess we paid for paint for their following job they did choose the color. We asked about if they were going to finish the job I was insulted in text messages and was to buy more paint I said 19 gallons should be plenty for a 950 sqft condo they never returned. On Monday September 2 my boyfriend, his brother, my sister, myself worked for 5 hours trying to finish the job since then I have gone every day this week working on what they messed up had to replace 53 hinges because they painted over them that was 165.00$. They did not sand the cabinets before painting them there are runs on everything a child would have done a better job thats why we hired a professional. We paid *******$ for us to basically redo everything!!! So in short we have paid out ******* for unfinished and horrible, sloppy work. ****** 19 gallons of paint no leftovers??? 165 for new hinges and missing k**** 100$ for 2 gallons of more paint plus all the extra time and energy from all of us.
