    We bought a new sink and faucet to be installed in the kitchen plus move the disposal from the old sink and install on new sink. This was done 29November2022, by AAA Affordable Plumbing. The total bill was $1747 for this. 2 days later when I started putting the items back under the sink, the wood was wet, there was a leak at the fittings. We called AAA to come back out for this. The same person came back out, his name is ***** and he said he needed a new collar for the disposal, we paid an additional $45.00 for that, and he said we should have no problems. A few days later, after blowing fans under the cabinet to dry it out, I found there was another leak. My wife called and was told the problem has to be with the disposal unit. I contacted the ******************** about it, and they sent their technician out to replace the unit. When he came out, he said the problem was improper installation and that the manufacture would not cover it for repair or replace. This unit is about 2 years old and has a 10yr warranty. We called and asked to speak to the owner and we instead got a call back from the same person who did the work. He said that he did the instillation properly and that we needed to just go buy another unit. My wife told him she wanted to speak to the owner of the company, and he hung up. For the rest of the week, AAA was called at least once a day requesting to speak to the owner. Each time we were told he was unavailable and to leave a message. We made a few other calls in the next 2 weeks. We left messages and we never heard from the owner nor was there an attempt by anyone to communicate with us to try to resolve the issue. We now cannot put the items back under the sink, because we have a bowl under the unit to catch the dripping water, which we must empty daily. In addition, the unit vibrates violently and loudly, due to the improper installation. At this point, I am not even sure this unit can be properly installed and is without damage.
