In January 2021, I called this company because i had a downstairs toilet back up,and was pushing air through the sink in the same bathroom.they came and ran a drain snake and cleared the clog.3 weeks later i had the same problem and they came back and cleared the drain and ran a camera down the drain and notified me that there was a crack in the drain under my slab.I paid over **** dollars to have the problem fixed and when they made there last connections they said to flush the toilet,from the first flush the toilet was still backed up.the plumber ran a snake and once again cleared the clog and verified the proper pitch was there,the vent was proper in size.ran a ****** to clear the line and called it good.that lasted for 3 months and i had to call again for the same issue.they came and now told me everything had to be replaced,wants to charge me over **** more to now fix the problem,that they diagnosed wrong from the start.All i want is for my downstairs plumbing to operate normal and not have to stress everyday that it is going to back up.

AAA AUGER did indeed replace a portion of the sewer line after our initial visit and diagnoses in January 2021. However, there are additional issues and defects in the remaining cast iron sewer piping. We gave ******************** an additional proposal to repair the entire / remaining portion of the defective sewer line which he declined to have completed.

AAA AUGER was initially called out by ******************** because he had defects within his sanitary sewer line and it was not draining properly. We always take care of the obvious problems first, which we did and if and when a customer has additional issues we then address those.
The most important fact is AAA AUGER did not create or cause ************************ plumbing issues to his sanitary sewer line and we are not liable for his additional problems, but we can surely fix them at a reasonable and fair price.
