I reported going on three weeks to Real property management of Ac *** condensation pipe draining so much that the rug in the bedroom getting wet, behind tge bedroom door as well, of not able to open the closet because of the condensation of this water has swelled the door that it will not open. I sent several pictures of the wet rug, the water which is accumulating under the Water heater, part of the *** pipe leaking on a connection near the ** unit also. I requested to have this property management to have someone come out with a dry vac to drain the water under water heater so it does not seep out to the rug since I have to put towels down to soak up water, no response on this request. A plumber was sent who never showed on the appointment dates and who was tge one who had come out last summer for the same problem but according yo Real property that he failed to report what he found. I have emailed the maintenance coordinator ****** that I have to turn off Ac during the day to allow water to dry up and drain. I also found out the *** pipe was not connected to a drain at all.I have been informed the landlord would contact me but no one has called. I am having to do the best I can to keep carpet dry so Mold, Mildrew from forming. Now I am being told landlord is wanting more information and having a different plumbing company coming. Meanwhile I am having to find ways to get the water from under the water heater since it is smelling of mildrew.
