Horrible company to work with. Started working with them in April of 2024 to sell our house to them. We stayed in constant communications with them throughout the entire time. Sent our statements every month. All work that needed to be done and even the contract for the company who did repairs that still needed to finish them after the new flooring was installed once they purchased the home. Was constantly told everything is good to go. Talk to them about getting a rental so we could get out at the time they were purchasing the home to ensure everything was going to go through fine. I was told *** that's fine we are good to go. Paid the application fee for the rental we were moving into and was about to drop of the check when I was told oh no never mind the numbers don't add up for us so we are going to back out. 3 Months of working with them and our lives being put on hold as far as where we were living and doing necessary repairs to the house that they told us not to do because they were going. I also have to mention they broke into the home when we were not here to look at it before I was ever able to give them the code to the door. I only found out they went in through my back window from my neighbor. And they broke the screen in the process.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We'd like to clarify a few points regarding the situation.
When we received your most updated statement, there was a noticeable $800 a month increase. We immediately communicated that we needed some time to devise a strategy to accommodate this significant change. During this period, you informed us that you were placing a deposit and addressing the ***************. We advised you to hold off on the deposit to ensure we could assist you appropriately with the new information.
Instead of waiting for us to get back to you, you cancelled the agreement and made multiple back-to-back calls, during which you physically threatened one of our acquisitions agents who had been supportive throughout the process. At no point did we indicate that we were backing out of the deal. We simply requested time to find a solution.
Additionally, our title company discovered an *************** on the property, which needed to be addressed before closing. Due to the lack of equity and necessary repairs, we requested that you cover the lien. The delay was not due to our actions but rather the need to resolve this issue.
It's also important to note that we received the statement from you on July 3rd, during a period when most businesses were closed for the holidays. This further contributed to the time needed to address the situation. Moreover, we only came over to the house when we were given permission to do so to view the house the the repairs needed.
We strive to provide the best service possible and hope this clarifies the situation. We remain committed to helping you and resolving any outstanding issues.
