    Im extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Papa Johns. My delivery was stuck in the on the way status for over 30 to 40 minutes, which was frustrating. After calling the store, the manager reassured me that the pizza was indeed on its way after a mix up with the drivers and it would be warm and fresh when it arrived since it was still in the warmer bag. However, 20 minutes later, I looked outside and my order was there, and to my surprise, it was missing an item and cold!Not only was one item missing, but the delivery driver didnt even knock or ring the doorbell to let me know they had arrived. My pizza was cold, old and it had clearly been sitting outside in 40 degree weather. When I called the store, the manager stated that he was in the process of remaking my order and was sending it out to be re-delivered but he NEVER communicated this to me and its 10:30P at night, were going to bed! The driver didnt knock because he knew my food was cold & old and missing an item! The lack of communication and attention to detail is unacceptable. I wont be ordering from this location again and I suggest you dont either, look at the reviews.
