      On 5-29-22 I ordered a grilled chicken **** salad with ranch through drive thru. Sat in the outer drive thru for 15 minutes when a young man came out and asked what my order was; told him. Waited another *********************************************************************************************** line for more than 20 minutes. I told him to cancel my order and refund my credit card charge. He said he would ask his manager. I left because I had just come from the ********* Kroger and had meat and frozen goods in the back of my vehicle that I needed to get into the fridge/freezer ASAP. Checked On 5-29-22 and no refund for the food I never received. Whataburger owes me exactly $8.87.

      I had placed an mobile order through the app because I thought it would be quicker. When I got there, the drive through was blocked off due to some drive through water cleaning, and the workers inside said they were closed, which I understood. However, they couldnt refund me and told me to file a claim/complaint through the app. I have not received my refund or any call back for corporate, and it has been over a month. Thank you!

      Whataburger has Advertised on their website application. Free chicken biscuit with purchase of one. No where does it state it breakfast item nor time if breakfast. I walked afew mikes as a senior citizen to location for the offer. After 11am to be denied the website offer. This is false advertising and misleading to the consumers. I emailed their headquarters to get only a apology and issue wasn't resolved nor corrected. This is FALSE ADVERTISING and poor cst service ?? in my opinion. Companies need to update their offers with information. I don't appreciate being fished in to store to be denied what I went there for. I don't do much fast food purchases. ?? Good service was to provide me with rain check or alternate option. None was provided. Very disappointing ??

      I went to Whataburger for the first time in *********** ******** on ************************ was one of 6 cars in drive thru and waited over an hour before the manager came out and opened second lane. 8 more cars drove through second lane and got orders placed before me. I asked to speak to the manager and was told 3 different names by the staff. Finally one staff member told me he was busy taking care of angry customers inside the restaurant. One finally gave me his name ***************************.I regret giving that place one dime of my money. If I didnt have cars before and behind me I would have left.This place is poorly managed, could care less about customer service or satisfaction or about wasting peoples time.
