5 starsWe had hail damage, and decided to replace the siding on the back of the house, due to insulation issues. ***** and his crew did a great job. He had the roof done in a day, the siding replaced, insulation redone and painted in two days. We decided to put solar screens on aside from the contract and he had that done a day later. We are very happy with the work, the expediency and the professionalism that ***** and his crew demonstrated throughout the whole project. 5 starsHighly recommend this company. Mr. Boling never showed up without a smile and an answer to any questions I had! He far surpassed my expectations on his companies ability to not only do the work that was needed, but helped me understand what the insurance company needed’. I do not recommend this company. I had a water insurance claim. Their estimate was super high as compared to what the adjuster was willing to pay for. ***** Boling refused to talk to the adjuster about his estimate unless I signed a contract for the work to be done. He said his office didnt allow it. ***** Boling is the owner. He also stated several times by text he wasnt working for free. I simply had asked him to talk to the adjuster. He refused. Every contractor I know speaks directly to the adjuster to discuss the work that needs done and why. I certainly wasnt signing a contract to agree to pay for an estimate that the insurance company wasnt covering. They particular had heartburn with the supervisory fees. Ive never heard of that on a drywall and float job. Dont hire this company. They wont help you against the insurance company.

We are very sorry you had a bad experience and we would like to understand more. Were there any issues with the actual work performed by Boling Construction? The contract you signed was for time and materials. There is nothing to discuss with the insurance company even though we did speak with them and make sure they had all supporting documents needed for our billing. They should reimburse you for everything your policy covers and the rest is best described as your "co-pay". As for not talking with your insurance company on a job we had not been hired to do, that is correct. We do not perform any work unless we are hired to do so.
