      We live in a neighborhood that would make one think we have plenty of money to flush down the toilet. ** did a routine inspection a few times over 3 years, never found anything ************, and basic maintenance needs. We get a different inspector out and suddenly, everything has damage and needs work right away. We were never told that things were getting damaged, but suddenly it all is? They sent us a quote to make repairs and it was pushing $4k! Almost the cost of a brand new septic system. We called another company to come check and not only did they not find $4k of repairs, they told us how to prevent future root growth. ** never gave advice like this and even couldnt answer our questions like if we cant use bleach, what is an alternative?. MJs customer service was horrible, they wouldnt even listen to the situation. They clearly do not care about their customers and will over charge you if they think you can afford it.

      Very poor customer service with the manager *********. There were occasions when they came out to service our septic and service wasnt provided. We weee sent a text message the day of enroute to our house. When I attempt to talk with the manager, she was Very rude and felt bothered that I requested her to call me instead of just responding to her email. It was obvious that she didnt care about how her attitude affects with me as a customer. There is no chain of command other than her. If I shared her email where she declined to renew our service, you would be shocked by her unprofessional behavior and attitude toward customers.
