    This company offered a fair price for a full pump out of my system, but just three months later my septic maintenance company informed me that I had a foot of sludge in my pump valve. It is evident that this company did not provide a full pump out as I paid them to do. They filled up the their truck, but did not return to finish the job. They said that they would come and pump again, but never showed or called. I have called multiple times, but they dont answer the phone or return any of my voicemails. Now, I have to pay someone else to pump it or else my pump is going to burn out. Dont choose this company to save $100. You will regret it. They are dishonest and an unethical business to work with.

    They came out on 11/29/23 after my maintenance guy informed me the tank was 95% full after 1 year 9 months from my previous pump out with the same company. My maintenance guy returned 2 days later and stated that they only pumped out one chamber and the other is full. I called ****** and promised that they will come on Thursday 12/14 to finish the job but never showed up and when I called him back he stated that the job was finished. This company is very unethical. I posted in yelp with pictures for buyer beware but Im very disappointed.
