      The purchase was made on June 28 at 9:49 PM. My Order number is ******** I bought 6 3 Shuttle for a famili vacation. I paid $177.00 USD total.During our visit the advertised schedule was changed due to rain and all the other times we tried to use the shuttle we were told the shuttle was canceled. Since we have no plans of returning to ************************** any time soon I asked the company for a refund in one of their ticket offices and they refused to give a refund or even change our tickets so we could take a tour in one of their boats. I have tried to get a refund online whit out success. I am sure The San Antonio BBB can help us get that deserved refund we were denied by the company.

      Thank you for reaching out to us.  The information provided was very helpful and I was able to location the transaction.  Due to this being a request associated with inclement weather our General Manager advised that we refund the transaction in full and that has been done.  The receipt is attached and has also been sent to our guest as well, directly.  Thank you again.

      On or about 10/30/22, **** is the representative that I spoke with regarding a narrated tour. We agreed on the terms, I told him that I would send a check the next day, he told me that check would have to be there within 72 hours, my response was why, this event is not until 11/11/22, he told me that I could send it overnight, I am totally perplexed by this response, so instead of continuing this discussion, I told him that Id have *********************** to come down an complete the arrangements. When ***** arrived, he spoke with *********************************, and she gave him a different price than we had agreed upon( invoice#************) , nevertheless ***** paid it, and were set for the cruise schedule for 11/11/22 at 10:00 am. Well on Saturday at 9:50am I go down to the river walk waiting on our boat, after it not being there at 10:00am, I began calling their officeafter eight calls, about 10:15am I finally reached someone who told me they would get back to me, the young lady call me back at about 10:25am and told me that a supervisor was on his way to see me about 5 minutes later, this boat is coming down river, but going pass me, so I shouted at him do you know anything about a charter thats supposed to leaving the Homewood Suites? he stops his boat and gets on his radio, talks to someone, docks his boat and tells me to come aboard, the group boarded and we experienced a great tour.
