On 4/18/28 a charge of $4079.90 was charged to my CITI credit card. $3500.00 was paid in advance for a procedure scheduled for 4/25/23. On 4/20/23, I cancelled the appointment and procedure. I asked for a credit of $3500.00 back to my credit card. Weeks later I called CITI card and filed a dispute of the charges as New Era had not credited my card. After investigating, and a few weeks later, I received an email stating the dispute had been settled. I checked my balance, and saw the total charge of $4079.90 still on my card. I called CITI card and was told they closed the case because New Era told them they had refunded me. I called and spoke with the business manager, ***** on 5/27/23. He lied about the refund as I have never received a penney. I have called him several times, will not take my calls and will not return any messages I leave. In the meantime, I have called CITI bank again and told them the situation and they stated they have opened up my case again. This has been going on for SEVEN weeks. The day I called to cancel, I was told by the business manager, *****,, that he would refund my card. this has not happened. I paid up front with a credit card, and I need them to refund my credit card. Not me. I do not want a check from them if that is their intent. A charge was made and I expect a credit to be made. I am 74, soon to be 75 and I certainly cannot afford to be losing this amount of money. Of the $4079.90, I did buy products and had minor charges for injections. I am only disputing the $3500. of which I received NO procedure or anything. I am a 30 year retired employee for the ************** and I cannot believe that there are people trying to take advantage of an elderly person. Mind you, I was a customer of this business for years!!!
