            Hello honestly Im disappointed with the customer service offered by this establishment today, Friday October 22, I called by phone at exactly 1:36 pm and a lady put me on hold for ********************************************************************************** on hold for five more minutes .. the coldness with which they treat people its incredible!! My business with these people is a Gas Trimmer I took it on September 21 of the current year to obtain a professional diagnosis and it was not spark, that is what the mechanic said after several tests that he performed and he told me that the next step would be to replace the ignition coil, leave a required deposit of 25 dollars and my debt is ***** with an agreement for a week to finish, thats what Mechanic said!! My Repair Order # **** Until today it is still not fixed, This is frustrating you better walk away Im feel like a bad experience I hope to get back my Trimmer soon ??

            sorry about you being put on hold for so long. Very shorthanded this week. Talked to the mechanic, the machine has spark, mechanic has tried to get the machine to work several times but the carb that is installed on the machine currently does not work properly. Mechanic has stated he talked to you yesterday and stated it needed a new carb to work properly. Waiting on your response if you want us to install a new carb. when you dropped off the machine we stated and have stated to all customers it is taking 6-8 weeks for repair. Due to our work load and staffing issues it is taking a while to work thru the machines. We always try our best to keep our customers happy and get their machine running again.
