    Representative for Will Solar Power, LLC named *********************** sold us solar panels with the promise of $2,000 cash upon signing and $6,000 credit to our loan which would be financed by GoodLeap. First contact was 10/2021. We told ***** we would think about it and he sent us a mock contract. We signed and had not completed documents when we called him questioning billing. He said nothing was concrete and hed renegotiate. We told him we were going to wait. He reached out to us and scheduled an install without our approval. When we contacted him he said we had already agreed and could not back out. We learned later that he had not actually scheduled install but and manipulated us in to agreeing to an install. Installation took place 02/18/2022 after we negotiated the aforementioned signing payouts. No one ever showed. He began avoiding our calls. Then there was an individual by the name of ****** with Will Power that started contacting us to schedule inspection as it turns out the box they had installed was not actually ever approved by CPS Energy. She kept postponing inspection and effective 04/18/2022, we no longer heard from her. Her phone number was disconnected. **** refuses to respond to repeat calls, texts and voicemails. We have left ******** reviews and emails to Will Power and no response from anyone. Will Power issued one check to us for one loan payment for the delay in the amount of $92.52 which was applied to our GoodLeap account **********. Weve paid GoodLeap a total of $247.81, to date. There are useless unconnected solar panels drilled into our roof that have no service whatsoever. We have put in a complaint with GoodLeap today, 08/25/2022, and they stated they will research and have someone call us in 3-5 business days. At this point, we believe that Will Power, specifically its contractor ***********************, have misrepresented services, manipulated us into contract and are basically fraud. Our credit is now on the hook for over $17,000.00.

    My solar panels havent been working for 3 years found out its the inverter I just the inverter they came out at all I just keep saying theyre coming and nothing
