      CAM Solar installed on our house in fall of 2020. We have since sold the house and the new owners are having significant problems with roof leaks related to the installation. This should be covered under the 15 year workmanship warranty offered with the company. I have been unable to get a human on the phone to discuss this with the company.

      In August of 2018 I purchase the Solar Panels from Cam Solar. Since then we've had several issues with the Solar Panels not producing towards our electricity. They were corrected once I called several times to be able to speak to someone at Cam Solar.Now my Solar Panels have not produced since Sept. 15, 2021. To this date I have gotten no answers why my panels are not producing.I keep getting the run around from them. I paid $37,000. plus for the Solar Panels and they are not producing for me. I need HELP. I am paying high utility bills.*********************** ************** *****************. *****

      We had an inverter made by solar edge that failed and needed to be replaced by the manufacturer. We were able to troubleshoot most of this remotely without going to the site. We had already ordered the new part at the time ***************** alerted the BBB. There was also a communication issue that needed a site visit and we got there as soon as we could. ALL of the problems have been fixed and I gave ***************** my personal cell number, email address, etc. to ensure a quicker response time in the future. We are a very busy small company. I hope we have made things right.

      CAMSOLAR finished the solar panel installation early July 2021. I paid in cash $28,000.00 for the system. Towards the last phase of the installation, the account person that was working on my project left CAMSOLAR. I had to made several calls to get the project finished. I was notified of the completion, the installer stated, I was going to get an email with instruction as to how to monitor the system. No one called. I called & left messages but it took several attempts until I received a call from *******. He did send the an email with the instructions. I installed the tracking application, I noticed for several days there was no electricity generated. I placed a call but no one answers at CAMSOLAR. Finally ***** called me and he stated that they have a new phone system and no one knows how to use it. I mentioned to him that no one mentioned that I had to call my electricity provider and switch to solar plan. Furthermore I wanted for him to send me info on 25-year warranty.

      I have attached the form that ***************** signed in regards to his solar system. The warranty information he has requested is also in the contract that he signed and this was explained in detail. Basically, he told me personally that if we do not refund him some money, that CAM does not owe him, he would file a complaint with the BBB. We wish him well, but cannot give people money just because they threaten us. If there is some reasonable outcome that he would like, he can simply call me directly. If the BBB has some advice for me on this, please let me know!

      Noticed my Power bills were extremely high. Logged into solar monitoring portal and noticed solar hasn't been working since MARCH! Company has NEVER sent a notice that there was ever an issue with the solar system. Tried calling them and cannot get in touch with ANY person. Went to their business adress off Topperwein and all online indicators say they are open, but no one was there. Every phone number, every extension goes straight to voicemail. I still have 5 years warranty left on the system, but what good is it if you can't reach the company to fix it?

      CAM Solar does not actively monitor the customer's system.  The customer is responsible for monitoring and alerting the company of any issues.  We do have times when everyone is out in the field and due to COVID precautions, many of our office staff work from home.  At some times everyone is busy and the calls are routed to voicemail.  We have contacted this customer and have gotten the manufacturer to send out a replacement unit.  The issue is being resolved.
