      We bought solar panels and system from this company that have never worked and the system has actually never been completed. There is one part that they said was on back order to fully gain the usage of our solar panels. So we have now been paying double the amount for our electricity. 1 charge to the electric company and 1 charge to the finance company Wells Solar set up to pay for the solar equipment. The work was actually never complete because according to their contract they provide turnkey service. "1. **************** Wells Solar & Electrical Services, herein after referred to as Contractor, is providing a turnkey system, which includes all applicable standard hardware, materials, supplies and services required to provide a fully operational system." Our system is not and has never been fully operational, EVER. We are using the same amount of energy from the electric company that we were before installing the non-working solar panels.

      Solar panels were installed Feb. 2019. I have a 25-year warranty. I just noticed that 3 panels are not working. Tried to call Wells Solar and all phone numbers have been disconnected. Checked online and just found out that they have declared bankruptcy in Feb. of 2024.Need the solar panels fixed. Hopefully they have someone who can fix them? They had an incredible Service Technician by the name of ****************************, who came out before SNOVID who checked everything out and made sure everything was working well. He was awesome! He educated me on some of the technology. Unfortunately, he is no longer with them. It is my understanding that they fired everyone. If I could find *****, I would hire him! (He should start his own Solar *************** Anyway, I just need these panels fixed. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

      Since we were sold our system it has not worked as sold to us. For the first 6 months is did not work at all. We are now paying for panels that do not function as told along with a high energy bill we are paying double what we use to pay. And to top it off we had a nasty hail storm that we had to have our roof replaced and the roofing company was unable to get intouch with them to remove and reinstall the panels. They had to hire an outside company that charged our insurance to do the service that was stated in our contract that wells solar would do. I later fount out they went bankrupt. Not even a letter or email as to what we are suppose to do for problems. So I'm asking for a refund do to faulty product and a lack of fulfillment of the contract on their part.

      I purchased my solar system from Wells ********************************* a couple of years ago and a tornado went through my subdivision about a month ago and I am having a difficult time finding a roofer to repair my shingles unless I can find someone to remove the panels so that the roof can be repaired. A lot of good it did to include a 25-year warranty on the solar panels when they were installed.I am in need of a new provider and knowledge on how to resolve immediate issues and any future issues.

      2-9-2016 ****** Install 29 solar panels, 7.02 kw photo voltaic solar system and provide 25 years warranty parts and service.Cannot contact business via phones *********************0, **********, ********** or www.wellssolar.com in ****** or *********** about warranty and future service. No communication from business received and no notice of bankruptcy. Greensky program loan account *********. Paid in full.Follow up about who will honor warranty issues and service.

      We just learned from green mountain that our panels are not working. We see that wells solar is no longer in business and they are the ones who installed them. We have a lifetime warranty but now what? We are trying to get another company to come out and see what the problem is, but will they have to honor the warranty? We've had these panels for 6 years. Not much use if we can't get them working! Very frustrating!

      So Wells Solar decided it was going to sell us a solar panel system and battery for them to shut there buisness down and cut all communication off and no way to get ahold of them. Now I have a $40,000 paper weight on top of my roof

      We purchased solar panels in 2019- with warranty. I have had trouble in the past being able to get someone on the phone or reply to any voicemail or email. I now need my roof replaced and Wells Solar is not in business, if I have someone else remove/re-install it breaks the warranty. Who am I supposed to call to get this completed? We financed the panels and are still paying for them. Should we just consider it a loss?

      Wells Solar installed my 16 kW solar system in 2022 and guaranteed ALL materials and ALL labor for 25 years. I have had one inverter recently fail. After several unsuccessful attempts to contact Wells by both phone and email, I learned that Wells Solar has declared bankruptcy. There are no apparent means to contact anyone at Wells (or their bankruptcy advisors, if any) to understand how any warranty work will be performed or how I claim reimbursement for out-of-pocket repair costs whilst they are "temporarily out of business".

      Just found out Well's Solar filed bankruptcy, and I have no idea of what to do about warranty work and monitoring, what are the consumers supposed to do about this?
