**** dated 9/15/22 for unauthorized treatment for my mother in the nursing home. They said it would cost $40 a month for someone to visit with her re: her ************** told her she could not afford that so we didn't want the service. She told me that mom would qualify for hardship. I filled out a form & emailed it back. After 3 months if hearing nothing back, I assumed the matter was dropped so I discarded the *************** On 9/1522 I received a bill for $41.54, which was left from the $380 they billed ******** for 2 visits. I immediately called Dear Oaks & was told they had the form and it was approved for hardship, which meant no payment from us. She was adamant she would call me back on Monday, 9/26/22 @ 2:30 pm and made an issue of me being available at that time because she hated phone tag. She never called back. I have called every day and left a messages with no callback. I completely believe they are scamming ******** which is despicable!Thank you,*****************, POA for *****************

    Better Business Bureau:

    Good Morning,

Thank you so much for the follow up with Dear ****. They did finally contact me and said that they have corrected their invoice.

They were still completely unprofessional and there was no communication within the company as this person had no knowledge of my previous conversation and had ignored my repeated phone messages.

I believe that others should know that they do not operate in an above board manner and are completely unprofessional.

The nursing home where my mother resides was only aware of one visit by the therapist and yet they charged ******** for three visits.

Thank you again for you help in this matter and have a blessed week.

    Regards,
