    Terrible people, terrible service. Left me on the side of the road for 3 hours. Would not answer or communicate. Should be put out of business.

    Was assigned this tow company by my insurance provider and they're late by over an hour, have a full VM box, and I can't get in touch with anybody. Good thing this is not an emergency or I'd be more than just upset.

    *Beware* Do not use this company, youll wait 2 hours and they wont show up. Just ask to be reassigned to a different towing company.

    My tow was assigned through USAA at 3:38pm today (10/14/2022) with an *** of 89 - 119 minutes. At 100 minutes, I called the number provided to get a status; call went straight to voicemail but voicemail was full so couldn't leave a message. USAA texted me at 5:50pm asking if my "service provider" had arrived to which I replied no. At 5:54pm they told me Big Z had revised the *** to 27 min. I tried calling again and same thing - straight to voicemail and unable to leave a message. USAA then told me the driver was enroute. 30 min later, USAA told me that the provider can "no longer complete your job" I don't think they ever had any intention of completing the job, but it took them 2-1/2 hours to admit it. I don't recommend that anyone use this business, and I think it is a travesty that USAA still "uses" them.

    Broke down on a Friday afternoon on 35W south in a bad spot, hot, heavy traffic just feet away and my old dog with me. Used my insurance towing app and they notified Big Z Towing. Showed it would be about 80 minutes before they could get there, not great for me but considering it's Friday can't bi#%h. ****** showed up later than that but called and let me know his eta and to know exactly where I was parked. Driver showed up and was quick and professional and thank God he allowed myself and my pup ride with him instead of leaving us stranded. Straight to the house and vehicle was unloaded and parked in under 5 minutes. Real Pro. I recommend from my experience.
