    Dear ***************************
    RE: Complaint ID *******

I take pride in my team's exceptional efforts to ensure customer satisfaction. Despite **************** initial uncertainty and hesitation, my team persevered and successfully closed the deal. **************** hesitancy from the moment he arrived made it challenging for him to finalize his decisions. He test-drove and inspected 5 semi-trucks, then eventually selected one. We negotiated a price on the truck, and he agreed to it. Additionally, we gave him a complimentary 6-month/50,000-mile third-party warranty that can be used at any certified ASE shop in the country to provide him with added confidence in purchasing the truck from us. He then gave us a deposit to put the truck on hold for him for a week while he got his financials together. The week goes by, and he calls saying he's having issues with his DOT, so we extend the hold for him. After waiting for another 2-3 weeks, he finally arrived to pay for the semi-truck. However, he attempted to renegotiate the original deal, claiming he was unsatisfied with the truck he had initially chosen and demanded a better price. My team offered him a different semi-truck in better condition with fewer miles. He inspected and test-drove the truck, liked it, and insisted on a better price. We agreed to match the price of the original truck he wanted and also gave him the free warranty to seal the deal. The client then informed us that he would not purchase the truck because he was having issues trying to rent a trailer. He couldn't find one for rent, and the company he was currently trying to contact wouldn't rent to him. The owner of Auto World Motors called the owner of the rental company himself since they know each other and was able to convince her to rent a trailer to ***********. We informed the client that we were able to secure the trailer, and he was very thankful. He then requested special modifications for the truck, and we agreed to help him by installing the parts he would purchase free of charge. However, the parts he provided were the wrong ones. After informing him of the issue, we offered to buy the correct parts but told him that he would have to reimburse us for the cost, and he agreed. On the day of pickup, after paying for the truck and signing the paperwork, the customer noticed that the check engine light was on. Even though he had signed an "AS IS, no warranty" document with our dealership, we assured him that we would fix the issue so he left the truck. We could have easily turned him away, but we decided to help him out. A day passed, and the customer showed up demanding a refund for the truck. He claimed that the truck had a history of being in a fire, accidents, and had a bad history. We asked him where he got this information, as our records showed the truck was clean with no accidents. He said he saw it online somewhere but couldn't pull up the website he saw it from. We assured him that the truck had no such history, but he accused us of lying. To prove him wrong, we purchased a CARFAX report in front of him, which showed that the allegations were false, so he took the report and left. Another day passed, and we fixed the issue with the check engine light. The problem was due to low voltage readings caused by bad batteries, so we replaced them for him. We called him to pick up the truck and when he arrived, we reminded him that he had to reimburse us for the parts we had installed for him. However, he refused to pay for them, even though he had previously agreed to it. To avoid causing a scene and to end this long chapter, the owner of the dealership decided to pay for the parts himself. A few more days went by, and the client contacted us to report that an issue had appeared. We informed him that we would diagnose the issue, but did not guarantee any repairs. We clarified that if a repair was necessary, he would be responsible for the costs, and he agreed to these terms and would drop the truck to us after he finished working with it. On the day of drop-off, he started blackmailing us by making threats, saying, "If the truck isn't perfect when I pick it up, I will ruin your online reputation," knowing we strive for good reviews. We inspected the vehicle, test-drove it, and found no issues. He picked the truck up and within another couple of days, everything repeated again he called stating there was an issue with the truck, he dropped it off, we inspected it and found no issues, this happened multiple times he made multiple complaints about the truck but when we inspected it there was no issues I believe he was just using us as a storage yard for his truck and trailer because when we would tell him to pick up the truck and trailer he wouldn't until he needed it for work. On August 7, 2024, he tried to repeat the process again. However, this time, he showed up unannounced after business hours and demanded one of the technicians who was still on site to repair his trailer lights. The technician denied this request and told him that he needed to call someone from management to approve his request. The client said he would call management, walked away towards the main office, but then jumped into an **** and left instead of contacting someone. The technician then called the general manager and owner of the dealership to inform them that the client had abandoned the truck and trailer on the lot. The manager and owner proceeded to call and text him, informing him that he couldn't leave the truck and trailer on the property. They also denied his request to repair his trailer lights, as Auto World Motors had never sold him the trailer. The manager and owner also told him that if he didn't pick up the truck and trailer, it would be towed. Despite these warnings, the client chose to ignore them. The next morning, the truck and trailer were towed out. Since then, the client has been trying to ruin our reputation as he said he would. He filed a claim with the BBB and reported us to the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles and other online platforms. In conclusion, Auto World Motors will no longer attempt to assist this client. My team has already gone above and beyond for him, but he took our kindness for granted and exploited it. If these claims of his are true then he has the free third-party warranty we gave him to use at any certified ASE shop in the country of his choosing. Auto World Motors has no legal binding to repair these claims. I've attached to this response the AS IS NO WARRANTY document the client signed and the copy of the free warranty.

    Best Regards,
