      This company repoed my car for no reason & will not give us a contractthe receptionist was really rude. I want the money back spent on that car.

      Company sold me a lemon with a sand substance in the transmission when I noticed horrible shaking and rattling to the engine and after they sent a tow truck to pick up my truck when I was given the truck back it was in horrible shape had to get the whole cooling system re done and a new drive shaft in also a new wheel bearing put in on the passenger side and also truck needs thicker oil just to drive around!!! I would like a full reimbursement due to all these issues and for all the repairs I had to do just to drive daily. Please help me

      I'm writing regarding the recent repossession of my vehicle, taken as payment for outstanding obligations to Friendly Auto Sales / Auto Account Services . I'm requesting a replacement vehicle, specifically a cash car, to alleviate the hardship caused by losing my primary mode of transportation.

      On September 13,2023 I purchased a 2017 **** Escape from Friendly Auto sales in ************** for ********* with 1500 down. By October I could hear noise coming from my passenger front suspension. I took the vehicle back to the dealership to repair what I was told was the struts. Upon retrieving my vehicle back it was shaking and cutting off. I I called and spoke with someone who asked me to bri g them back the truck so they can figure out was is wrong, after a week or hey couldnt figure out what was wrong and sent it to a transmission shop who had it for 3-4 days and still hadnt looked at it. learned that the engine has a valve leak it has been one thing after another. Now the same front passenger tire was either not fixed or they were negligent while repairing because the tire is leaning and the car shop I now am

      ************** picked up her vehicle, test drove it and was satisfied. We were unaware of any other damages until she called and told us she took the vehicle to another mechanic. We offered to bring the vehicle back but she refused this offer. We are not a mechanic shop we are a dealership. We will however help customers if there are any mechanical issues happening to the vehicle and will set up a payment plan for all our customers to take the burden of paying full price off.

      I spent money on a car repair for a broken tie rod because my tire had came off while driving. I had my car towed to friendly auto sales and they were supposedly going to repair and my tire came off again less than an hour after I picked my car up. I contacted them to relay the severity of the situation and they were very rude and unprofessional. They didnt repair the car at all .

      Friendly Auto Sales, had ********************** vehicle towed so they could see what is going on. There was no tire rod missing they found nothing wrong with the vehicle in general. The customer was upset and took the vehicle. The customer did come back, and some raciest remarks were made with her party and threats were made to do physical harm to the manager. Friendly Auto Sales decided to end all communication there. She was charged for the tow and the diagnostic was originally charged but then waived she was advised to take the vehicle to a mechanic shop. Friendly Auto Sales is a car dealership not a mechanic shop. ****************** does have a repair that was done previously that is unrelated to his situation.
