    No good customer service. Not ready to assist customer only want to take your money. ***** services is very bad. I went there only one day. I have a very bad treatment from there worker.

    I purchased a 2014 suburban I havent had the vehicle not even a year yet , i gave $8k down which was alot but they wouldnt take less like $3k which even bigger companies will take. I not only put the down payment but opted to extend their 90 day warranty to cover the vehicle for a whole year which was another $850 which supposedly covered engine repair amongst other options. My check engine light came on so i brought it in thinking maybe it was nothing major and I didnt trust their repair crew because they were giving me the tun around with times , dates , or other bs so i took it to a licensed repair shop only to find the engine needs replacement because of engine failure, the licensed mechanic advised me that the mechanic who worked on it covered up the damages for sale! He said this engine has been having problems for awhile and was never fixed. So here i am nearly $ 13k in with junk that not even the warranty under warranty dont wanna approve for fixing cause im days from my warranty expiring? Dont waste your hard working money on these criminals because they will rob you of it!!! They will throw you proverbs from the bible and how their bbb a credited but maybe they need to be re-evaluated by the bbb because this is a major rip off and they wknt even allow me to trade the vehicle because they were always well aware of the problems with their vehicles!! Also they high priced vehicles with nearly 200k in miles already so dont waste your time or your money!!!
