    I bought a 2015 Chrysler 200 from EZ Auto Connection in March of 2023. When I purchased the vehicle I was presented with a clean vehicle history report from EZ Auto Connection that showed the vehicle had never been in an accident or had any damages reported. I have put almost $6000 into this vehicle since purchase of the vehicle. I was looking to upgrade to a larger vehicle in January 2024. I took the 2015 Chrysler 200 in to a dealership to trade. The dealership ran the vin and brought me back a report that shows several damages reported and the vehicle being declared a total loss vehicle prior to my purchase of the vehicle. The report shows Damage reported 6/8/2022, 11/22/2022, & 12/26/2022 which resulted in a total loss vehicle. I contacted EZ Auto Connection & informed them of my finding and that they sold me the vehicle under false pretenses with fraudulent paperwork that showed no damage ever to the vehicle. The option I was given was to trade the vehicle in and purchase another from them, I refused because I wouldn't want to end up in the same situation again. I contacted them a 2nd time and was given 3 option have the car repoed, trade it to them, or they would give me 8k for a car that I still owe 13.5k on currently. I refused these options because I believe they should be responsible for purchasing the vehicle back from me at full price with the circumstances.

    All vehicles sold at EZ Auto Connection are sold, as-is'', no warranty, express or implied, unless specified in writing. **************** acknowledged he had read, understood, and accepted the provisions of this warranty statement by signing documents at the time of sale. We presented a general vehicle history report that indicated a history of 4 previous owners and no history of accidents, this form was obtained through AutoCheck Report from Manheim Solutions. In regards to the $6,000 put into the vehicle, **************** purchased a vehicle service contract with a limitation of 24 months / ****** miles and a deductible of $100. EZ Auto Connection encourages every customer to purchase a vehicle service contract for unforeseen future repairs needed. EZ Auto Connection tried to resolve the complaint by offering **************** the opportunity to trade-in the vehicle or allow us to purchase the vehicle from him at the current market value. Unfortunately **************** expressed no interest in doing future business with EZ Auto Connection.

    I purchased a 2016 Chevrolet trax from this company in july. Initially the air was not working before siging any paperwork they said they would fix it. Went back the next day air was working put **** down on vehicle car note was 320 a month. A week later the went out again they couldnt see me immediately so i went into town. Paid almost **** to get air fixed went days without a car. After getting sir fixed had to replace battery it was old. After that check engine light came on indicating a low engine power. Took to two mechanics and both agreed needed new engine also had one come to house when car completely went out. All agreed the car had this issue before i was sold to me. Amongst other issues. Since i bought thr car in late july it was undriveable more then i could drive it. Contacted company they gave me two options tgey can replace motor for **** or i can trade it in. The problem is the ************************************************** They stated it would go towards paying off the Chevrolet trax. So i would initially be starting over and having to put down an additional **** for the trade in. After putting the **** down i was informed car note would be going from 320 to 400. Learned this only after already outtimg down deposit. If I could get a straight answer as to why i have to give away ****************************************************************************

    All our customers have the opportunity to have the vehicle of their choice inspected by their own mechanic before closing of the sale.  All vehicles sold at EZ Auto Connection are sold "AS IS", NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS or IMPLIED, unless specified in writing. Buyer acknowledged she had read, understood, and accepted the provisions of this warranty statement by signing documents of the sale. 07/15 vehicle was sold. 07/27 appointment set to have ac checked at no cost to the customer(customer no show). 09/12 another appointment(customer no show). 10/30 customer called stating vehicle overheated and won't start. 11/11 EZ Auto Connection offers customer to trade-in vehicle and another vehicle is purchased.

    I am rejecting this response because: The business knowingly sold a vehicle that was not on driving condition. I have documented statements from 3 mechanics that stated the car engine was damaged prior to me purchasing it. Also the company tried fixing the air twice and stated it was fixed when it was not. I live ****************************************************** the middle of summer to car lot. The bottom line is I was sold a car not in wirkimg condition.
