    I AM DISSATISFIED THE WAY THEY WENT ABOUT SELLING ME A CAR THAT WAS ALREADY IN NEED OF MAINTAINCE AND TO NO AVAIL THEY WERE JUST WANTING TO GET RID OF THEVEHICLE NO MATTER WHAT I DROVE IT OFF THE *** AND A FEW DAYS LATER THE WHOLE DAXHBOARD LIT UP I CAME BACK AND WANTED A DIFFERENT CAR THEY TOLD ME I COULD NOT DO THAT AND IT WAS WEAR AND TEAR ON THE VEHICLE HOW CAN THERE BE WEAR AND TEAR ON THE VEHICLE WHEN I JUST BOUGHT IT THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING TO GAIN MY TRUST AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMENDED SOMEONE TO THEM TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE

    I was Scammed into a loan that I did not agree to, for being a senior citizen under a lot of medications. The salesperson had no remorse. Did not leave me a contract, until 60 days later of a loan of $996.13 for 84 months in a used auto

    If I could leave a no star I would. I financed a 2018 ***** Colorado from IPAC. In July I got the truck and drove off the lot with it. I also, went back a week later to get the contract agreement. Then, almost a month and a half later I wondered about my payment. I call the financier I got it from and they had no information for me. I then, I called the ipac dealership to see what was going on. They couldnt tell me anything because there finance guy wasnt there. The weekend goes by and Monday afternoon I call them to see what was going on. I get a phone call back me back 30 mins later saying they would like me to come in because they have to get the vin for the truck because they are having title problems and need to get a inspection done. I headed to the dealership and I was told I could either get a different truck from them or wait for the titling to go through. After talking to them some more come to find out they never had the title for the truck. I looked at other vehicles, but they didnt compare to my dream truck. I cleaned out my truck with all my items. After that they tried to say they couldnt give me my deposit back for a day or so because they had to get information from another office. I told them no I want my money tonight and a hour later. After I have been there from 6:30pm to what is now 9:30pm. They asked if I had my receipt for the deposit, I went to my trash bag full of my items and then pulled it out and gave it to them and got my deposit back. Words cant describe how devastated I am. My credit has taken a hit, my hopes and dreams for this truck has been depleted. The time I took out of my DAYS to get the truck. Now Im out of a truck at the beginning of a work week with bills to pay.
