We purchased 1100 points in this Hyatt *********** on 8/23/24 at the Hyatt **************************** from their sales person ***** *****. They misrepresented the product and used deceptive trade practices to sell it to my wife and I. We told ***** exactly what we were looking for, a place we could go each summer with all of our adult kids and their families and spend time bonding with each other. This seemed like the perfect place. It is centrally located to all of us and kid friendly. We wanted to make a tradition out of going to this place each year but we had to be able to accommodate all of the family members. He told us 1100 Hyatt points would get us 4: 2 bedroom units and 1: 1 bedroom unit each summer for a period of 5 nights. We needed those specific accommodations so that each family could have their own units. We were unable to verify this until we received our account number and log in information in early November. Up until that time we were pleased we had made the purchase. At that time I tried to reserve the rooms for 6/15-6/20/25 and was told that 1: 2 bedroom unit would cost ***** points for that time period and that there was no way we could come even remotely close to getting the needed accommodations for ***** points, even during the off season. I have tried numerous times to speak to the sales person and the manager and they will not return my calls. The sales manager did call me back 1 time and he said too bad and that I had 10 days to cancel and get my money back but after that I was out of luck. I have also called the Hyatt Vacation Club phone number of ************ and they told me they could not put me in touch with anybody. They said my only option was to go to "***********************************************************" and contact their ************************** I did so this morning and they said I could cancel but not get any of my money back. I feel that my only options now are to contact the BBB, Attorney General or hire an attorney to take this to court.Initial Complaint

Signed time share contract in March of 2024. They stated all would be processed within 3months. It took them 6 months to finalize timeshare contract. We attempted to contact time share representatives multiple times and we got the round around. They also stated we will not be charged maintenance fees this year, and they did not follow through with this. They are deceiving and do not own up to their mistakes.Initial Complaint

I stayed at ******************************** (hyatt club) in ***********. ***** ***** pressured us into a timeshare and took $1800 from **, having us falsify income documents. We canceled and requested a refund and he won't answer any correspondence from us. We sent a certified letter that was signed for and we still have not received our refund. Many reviews and ******** posts support this same thing happening to them. This scam, lying, and stealing needs to be stopped! There has been no response from ******* or ***********. Our stay happened at the end of September and we are still attempting to cancel.Initial Complaint

We attended a Hyatt ownership presentation during our stay at ******** Ranch on 05/30/24. We signed up for a package. The kind gentleman ****** have is his cell and asked we text or call if we need anything. We paid 1800 that day and loan payments would start August 1, 2024. One of the forms we signed read we have the right to payoff before the first payment is due. We have tried over and over to get in touch with ****** who sold us the package and ************** who signed our contract also. They will not call us back or text back. We are simply trying to pay off the package before the first payment is due and it's very odd that we are being ignored to pay a balance. We've called the 800 Hyatt number and they keep referring us to the sales site which is Wild Oak Ranch. When my husband calls wild oak ranch they refer him to call 800 Hyatt. Last Friday, my husband was told he would be receiving a call from management on Saturday(next day) and an email from Hyatt. Today is Thursday and no response, call, text or email from management. This is poor customer service and it feels we are being ignored to incur more interest vs paying off the account. I'm very disappointed in Hyatt, we expected a higher level of professionalism and customer service.
