    If you're considering this installation, seek out ***. He'll guide you in finding the perfect unit for your home. The techs, **** and ******, were incredibly knowledgeable and made sure we felt confident in operating the system. Thank you, team, for your support and expertise!

    If I had a choice of Negative Stars, I would select -5 Stars. I think the system is great. I think the customer service is the worst I've ever had. My system was installed in October and now in June I still don't have an approved permit. Kinetico doesn't have a clue what the regulations are in my area. They have no idea that a permit is required and it must follow code for the discharge. I call, I visited their facility, the Service Mngr. is not in and never returns a call. Again, the system works great, but Kinetico of SA has the poorest customer service of any company I have ever dealt with.

    Purchased a whole home system in 2010. Had a tune up last week & the system runs like new again. Robust system & could recommend this for someone looking for a unit that will actually last a long time with minimal issues.

    Kinetico **************** is the worst!I planned to switch companies sooner, but lost my mom, brother and son within weeks of each other and had military and civilian job to juggle too.I started calling to schedule pick up of the unit that is no longer working very well a couple months ago. The problem is the call went to voice mail and they dont call you back. They finally answered the phone today and I explain I have replaced the unit and need them to pick up the Kinetico unit. They scheduled pick up in 3 weeks, into another billing cycle and I have to pay for the unit until they pick it up. I asked if I could drop it off and they said no due to liability concerns. How long would it take them to come out to repair it? I just need a pick up, its already going to be disconnected.I explain I am not paying for a unit I am not using and a lack of customer service/failure to call me back is not going to constitute an emergency for me or make me pay more. I explained I will not pay for service I no longer receive. They tried to work a deal with me to keep me as a customer. I explained that might have been possible if they had called me back, before I replaced the unit. One might think $73 is not worth all this, but it is the principle and the lack of customer service by all the employees, especially the very unprofessional manager.

    Weve had our Kinetico water system since 2016 and weve always gotten great customer service from them. Theyre always prompt in providing services and answer questions. Weve havent had any issues with our water system.

    **************** scheduled a quality check on our new Kinetico water softener. ****** called ahead to advise arrival time. Soft water tested ******************* inspected all connections and verified system is operating as required. ****** explained user operating procedures and answered all my questions. We now have spotless dishes and are using less detergents. Thank you ****** for your follow up service.
