      Buyer beware- they cancelled a guaranteed Christmas order placed on 11/29 on 12/16 without giving me any reason . After calling and emailing customer service several times, I was told the item was out of stock and discontinued. I checked on my order several times and was told it was guaranteed to deliver if ordered before 12/3. Terrible customer service and very difficult to talk to anyone . Their emails are vague and unclear. The only solution they had was for me to purchase another item and they would give me the same discount that I used with my original purchase. I dont trust this company and would never give them another dime. Their guarantee means nothing. Should have checked the reviews before purchasing.

      I purchased a necklace at a boutique and love wearing it. I ordered a bracelet and earrings and was very disappointed in the quality. A piece of the bracelet broke and I have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone at the company to assist. Do not buy this brand.

      Wish I had done the research on this company before buying anything from them. Wow. Their reviews say it all! They are fraudulent! Stay away. I am 2.5 months into fighting for my money back. They have junk jewelry as well.

      Terrible customer service. Have called and email multiple times.Returned an item and was told I would get a gift card for full price and to look for next email.Never received the email with gift card.This is unacceptable. Will not order again, of course and will leave bad review on their website.

      Purchased 4/14/24 2 items. Within a week the bracelet broke. I called left message and emailed BROKEN BRACELET. I received a necklace instead. I then reach out again same process. I am told they would like to credit me $9.00 to go the post office to return the necklace. When they receive it they will send the correct bracelet. Not acceptable. I will not purchase another item and do not recommend them.

      So far I have purchased three different pieces from this company. All of which broke. I had to send them three emails and press to receive an email back in which they have stated they are unwilling to repair the last and final piece I will ever purchase again. This company doesnt stand by their quality. Poor metal quality and cheap materials. DO NOT BUY

      Weve been trying to contact for a while now. They took our money weeks ago, but wont return calls or emails. They wont answer their phone. Very disappointed. At this point, I just want a refund so I can go to a credible jeweler.

      I liked the look of some of the jewelry but the pieces are extra large. I returned three pair and had to pay for the *** shipping to the company AND a fee to return the jewelry. I've read that the jewelry breaks easily but I have no experience with that as of yet as I have not worn it. I just object to the company's return policies.
