    Had them come out to replace my daughters window. They did a ****** job when I called back for them to come out and fix the job that they did . I was talked to you like **** Miss Ramirez wouldnt allow me to talk to the business owner ******* They refused to fix what the problem is. She kept calling me an old lady over the phone, refusing to let me talk to the business owner, refusing to fix the problem. I wouldnt take my car here if it was free to fix. Totally unprofessional, rude disrespectful right off the beginning.

     ********* was concern that **** Fusion molding was missing on windshield - after Ms ********************** explaining that on that particular make/model of vehicle does not require it. After back & forth still not happy with the

     answer - she wanted to speak to myself (Mr Rafael **********************).  Ms ********************** let her know she is a co-owner & knows the business practice & services.

     

    The customer purchase the vehicle from *************** and we billed them directly for the services for her vehicle. We in turn did contact ****** @ *************** about the incident and ********* was not happy

    with our answer to her concern. We did go thru the same explanation with ****** & she said she would contact customer as well to address with her. The vehicle was fully repaired.

     

    We have attached a copy of the Invoice to *************** - they have paid the invoice as well.
