            Worst dealership I have dealt with in my 52 years of new car buying. No follow thru. Get your name wrong. This is bad for a Mercedes dealership in MY experience here. I was On used $90K 3 1/2 yr car. Not high end cust. service I expected. Thinking I prob. could get better cust. service on a $13K Kia Rio. Made out of state trade as near to impossible to do as possible. My experience and opinion. Better luck to you if you deal with dealership then I had.

We informed you that we would need to have the vehicle brought to us to move forward, yet you declined. We'd also like to note that both of your sales consultants worked diligently to provide a professional experience, and unfortunately, they were not met with the same level of respect.
