      My company is tax exempt and I submitted the paperwork to mccoys and they still have not refunded me the taxes after countless calls and emails . Its illegal to charge taxes to a tax exempt company and keep the taxes.

      Our records do not agree with the claims made by Mr. ********* and we cannot locate any sales made to the company for whom he provided a Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate. Nevertheless, we are still investigating the matter and plan to reach out to Mr. ******** to see if he can give us more information regarding sales made to his business and communications with any McCoy's Building Supply's store or personnel. Finally, any sales tax McCoy's Building Supply collects is promptly paid to the Texas State Comptroller for distribution to the state and other taxing entities. We do not keep any taxes we collect.

      Thanks for your help ahead of time regardless the resolution of my complain. Few weeks ago I bough Materials from the this building materials. McCOY'S building Supply at ***************. where the the loading process was goin slow, but safe out the blue this other forklift operator and push the bundle from the back of the trailer where the the forklift drove on top of my trailer's tail gate was damage. I expose the situation to the manager who told me that he will call the corporate company to find out what will be the process for this incident. This incident occurred on 3/28/2022 since then I been trying to call to find out about , and this time no one had call me.

      ****************** provided an estimate to the store, the estimate was reviewed, and a black release form was sent to the store. When ****************** signed the release for, the store issued a check to ****************** for $385.06, check number *******.

      I have been dealing with McCoys regarding a warranty window replacement in my home for many months now. (August 2021)There is no dispute regarding eligibility of the window for warranty replacement as the seal between the window panes has failed during the warranty period.The problem: I have been given three separate replacement dates, of which none occurred. On each date, I have made arrangements to be present at home for an entire day since specific times are not given. Again, none of these appointment days have been observed by McCoys nor was I given a heads-up as to cancellation. There was also no follow-up call from McCoys after the missed appointments. Each time I've had to contact McCoys after their missed appointment to reschedule yet again.While their sales representatives are always very courteous, I've lost three days of personal time blocked out for window installation and still have no window. I cannot continue to keep setting aside business or personal activities for seemingly random dates that never occur.I need a valid install date that actually happens.
