      Grande Astound is a complete dishonest company. Their customer service is terrible and you cannot trust them. One person tells you one thing and then its reversed by the next agent.Find another company to deal with..I like ******** for internet but there are a lot of choices.

      Ive been with grande for 5 years now and probably a year or two ago they switch to being Astound. At the time of the company being grande I know I selected the high speed internet because I was living with two other guys we were all gamers. Ive been paying $155 and some change a month almost this whole time and wasnt told warned or anything that Im being over charged. When I called to ask about my account and why was my billing so high for the longest I was told that I apparently had a promotion on my account that expired last February. I told the lady on the phone (Which she didnt really help but was very nice) that I didnt even know what she was talking about. I just wanted to know why my bills have been 150 plus when online they are charging between ***** dollars a month depending on the plan you choose. I think the service itself is great but that was poor on their end to not reach out or give any type of warning of a so called promotion being expired.

      I have been with this company for over a year getting serviced. Their service has literally gone to crap! They have been overcharging me ****** dollars over my **** for the last 3 months. I have talked to two customer service representatives and one of them said my account should go back to the original price which clearly I got scammed! The second representative was rude and basically was calling me a liar. Why are yall charging me 2 months in 1 without my permission? No my subscription did not go up and I havent made any internet changes it hasnt even been a year! They need to run me my money back!

      Horrible customer service! I placed an online order for new service. I receive an email confirming my ********** states, "Your installation is scheduled for Sat, June 11, 2022 in the morning." A day after placing the order, I get another email stating that I needed to make a deposit of $50 on the Fri. before the appointment. I then notice that my installation was changed from Sat. to Mon. without calling me first. I chose Sat. b/c I work in an office during the week. When I called the phone number provided, I spoke with a friendly representative named Miosha who was genuinely apologetic. I explained my issue and after looking up my order, she says, "I'll have to redo it all because 'they' did it wrong." We go step-by-step confirming my order & the prices. She then apologizes again b/c she cannot confirm a Sat. appt. I requested a supervisor b/c my appt. should be honored due to their mistake. I am transferred to Takia who claimed to be a supervisor (based in **). She was very short and snippy with me even though I was calm. I pointed out that if anyone should be snippy, it should be me, but I wasn't, so I requested that she be a bit more considerate of my situation. No apologies from her about how she was speaking to me. She then states she has to redo the whole order again. I ask her why since Miosha already did that. Takia then rudely states that she had Miosha cancel what was already done b/c I asked for a supervisor, as if blaming me. Once Takia finishes setting everything up again, she immediately asks for a credit card for the deposit. I ask her to first repeat the order to make sure it was right. It wasn't. I was now being charged more for the modem. Takia then tells me she cannot get that same "promo," even though Miosha did, and that I would have to do a brand new order online unless I wanted to pay the increased price. She then cancels my order b/c I refuse to pay the higher price. She also refused to disclose her supervisor's name. Deceptive Business!

      Terrible to their loyal customers. **** goes up every year. I currently pay $58 for 300 internet, that was $41 a year ago, but if youre a new customer you get it for $25.99 as stated on their website currently. This is how they treat the loyal customers by charging more. I call to discuss the increase and told that it was a promotion and they cannot change the price. Internet is mediocre. You can get the same services with another company and I recommend you do because Astound powered by Grande will increase your prices every year
