Over the past year I have paid Mr. ********************** and his team to do a legal job, I have fired Mr. ********************** and his legal team after having to deal with absolutely nothing being done, the lawyer he had on his team in charge of my case left the firm and no one had done anything to help me or my legal issues. During the past year my legal situation has only been made worse for the benefit of Mr. ********************** and his team in order to charge me more money for things that have never even happened. After replacing the smith legal team he tried to tell me that he had done so much work on my case when in fact that was false. This man was taking money from me without actually doing any work, his legal aids weren't doing any work either. The lawyer who was assigned to my case from the ********************** office ******************************* is no longer with the firm and was the only person who had attempted to do any work until she was let go. I have not been living at home since a petition for me to go home was never completed everything I had paid this attorney and his team was just for their pockets. I hav tried asking for a refund and was told I didn't deserve one due to the fact that so much work was done on the case but considering the fact that when I called for an update no one was sure who had my case or what the status was, then I was told that there was going to have to be another court date reset. I have tried talking to Mr. ********************** about his lack of work but he refuses to acknowledge that he failed me and seems to just make excuses instead of admitting he has messed up my life and has only caused me more issues. He nor his legal team have been doing any of the things that I was told he was going to do they have just been collecting my disability money with no plans of doing any work.
