Last fall I had them redo my front landscaping beds as I had lost most of my bushes in the freeze. Over $1300 later, nearly everything he put in died and he would not replace them under warranty. He had put in a drip line that was leaking and not working properly. I was not watering because the drip line was supposed to do it. Basically I got nothing for that money as even the soil is still a problem. He first blamed it on the deer eating the bushes and also the cold weather breaking the water timers. He said he would replace the water timers although he never did. As far as the deer he said to wait till spring to see if the bushes came back. They did not. When he finally got back to me, he was going to replace them for another $300 or more. He never replaced anything at all and I am out $13-$1500. Very disappointed especially when I hired him to do the yardwork at a ******************* house. Thats why I asked him to do my landscaping because I thought he would do a good job for me since I hired him to do the sorority house. When I mentioned to him that most landscapers offer a warranty of some sort, he had a ridiculous excuse and said that was not true. Heartbreaking that he would take advantage of someone.
