1 starI have purchased two vehicles from this dealership. On our last purchase, we agreed on the deal because they claimed they would cut us a check to cover the first month's payment. They also claimed they would extend the due date so that it would be due at the end of the month. Turns out, we never received the check to cover the first month, and the due date was at the beginning of the month. I got in contact with the salesman who claimed he had mailed the check and promised he would resolve this for me. I have yet to receive the check in the mail.Review fromChristopher W

1 starSan Marcos Dodge Jeep Chrysler sold my wife and I a 2019 Ram **** Laramie in November 2021 without disclosing the vehicle had been in 2 previous accidents. The 1st accident was minor but the 2nd accident was a side swipe of the driver side of the truck. None of this info was disclosed to us prior to or after the purchase. My wife and I found out today, 1/6/24, while trading the truck in, the true history. Our truck has a significantly lower value than anticipated! This action was extremely unethical, at the very least. Future buyers beware!!!Review fromChristian T

1 starI purchased a 2018 ram **** with 80k miles upon the initial test drive I thought everything was normal then going home that night the truck seemed down on power I got home and noticed the air intake had been collapsed I took it back and after speaking with the dealer was given a free air filter which I replaced myself in the parking lot after that drove home I was given the dreaded abs light that they mostly all have I spoke with them and they informed me that they would put the order in although it was in back order which I already knew about . After about two days the brakes started squealing although going through the 100 whatever point inspection the brakes were not accounted fo. They were paper thin and had turned glossy I replaced them after the dealer told me they would replace and I could never get a date to install them from the dealer they flat out told me that they have no recollection of ever being told to order brakes for that *********** was transferred to **** the main guy I had dealt with when buying the truck I was also told that the windows would be tinted and I was given the shops name to get it done at and I tried calling and I was told that I would have to get the dealership to call them and schedule an appointment. Since then I have been trying to reach them about all of these issues and I get nothing but the run around finally yesterday 11-19-2023 I had run into a mechanical issue which left me stranded I had to have the vehicle towed to the nearest dealership where I was informed that my vehicle would not be covered on my remaining powertrain warranty or my extended warranty although I was sold a bumper to bumper warranty so I was told I now was told that the b2b warranty I purchased is not a b2b it is a regular old power train warranty I have tried contacting them of the issues and complaint have been file but they always lead me to nowhere that is the reason for my complaint I would not do business here again and do not recommend to anyoneReview fromRyan B

1 starI had been a long time customer of the dealership purchasing a total of three vehicles altogether. My second 2018 brand new dodge ram started having issues around ****** miles. ***** multiple times that it was in the mechanics possession they could never figure out what the issue was. ***** multiple times of trial and error at my expense, they finally were able to get a new transmission installed under my warranty. That unfortunately still did not fix the problem. Therefore, after them having my vehicle for over 8 months with no results, I decided to trade it in for an older model just so I can get back on the road again. I then purchased a 2016 used ram which day bragged about having added a lift kit in new wheels and tires as part of the deal. I was also told the workmanship of the lift kit and well install was covered under the installers warranty. However, the first day I picked it up, I noticed both fender guard coverings were not attached properly and started rubbing my tires on the highway. I brought it to my sales persons attention, they took the truck back in for another week, and returned it to me, with only one fender fixed. They then explained that we had agreed to fix the driver side and not the passenger side even after a manager saw that it was never installed correctly. His fix was to simply reattach the now busted fender guard, but refused to replace the now damaged part.I wanted so badly to have a local dealership that I could work with that could help me out when I had issues. This dealership is rotten to the core. No one from the sales, the service, or the management ever tried to go above and beyond considering my situation, and seemed to base every decision on whether or not, they can make a dollar rather than keep a customer. This dealership wouldnt know customer service if it spit them in the faceReview fromJessica B

1 starWe bought a used challenger November 2021. Less than a month after purchase a coolant cap was left loose by dealership And the car nearly overheated due to this issue, the dealership had to tow the car back in to check and repair. A few months after this issue we took the vehicle in because engine lights were on, and they charged us over 300 dollars to replace spark plugs that should have been replaced before sale. The vehicle makes approximately a 15 mile round trip daily- this is important because we still have original 100k mile warranty and extended warranty. One week ago the engine lights popped on again and we found that the fuel injector and oil coolant part are both needing replacement- when we called the dealership we were told that neither were overs on warranty and that it would be weeks before they could even get ** in to LOOK at the vehicle. In addition to these issues, when we take the car in for scheduled maintenance we can never get an appointment and once waited over 3 hours for them to tell us it would need to be left overnight because they wouldn't be able to get to the oil change. We have tried working with the salesperson and have even written the ** with no help or relief on any of these issues. This is our first used car purchase. We are both educators and bought this vehicle for our son who is going to college and honestly we feel taken advantage of and cheated. We now feel we are stuck with thousands of dollars in repair, on essentially a lemon, that we have no way of getting help with. We haven't even received so much as a curtesy call. I am not the person who does reviews like this, this experience is that upsetting. I appreciate you hearing me out and I hope I save someone else this heartache and financial loss. Do not buy a vehicle from This dealership.Review fromMauricio V

1 starSan Marcos Jeep in San Marcos *****, they have lied to me multiple times! They have had my car for almost 4 weeks. I was told that there were recalls and they fixed them. I picked up my car and not one of the recalls was fixed. It is back there now getting one fixed because they can not get the part for the second recall. Management takes zero responsibility! I am a single mom of two boys that was not offered a loaner car, no apologies and when I asked for a complimentary oil change I was told no because that was something they suggested to me two weeks ago. Again LIES! THERE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS A JOKE.Review fromAlex R.

1 starDealership lied , sold me a car with removable top off so I wouldnt see it was damaged, then they ask me to split the cost of a new one , only to find out it was incomplete, management would not take responsibility on anything, will never buy a car there or let anyone that I know get cheated by this dealership.Review fromKim F

1 starThis would be a zero if it would allow a zero. Avoid this dealership! We drive 2 1/2 hours to this place and test drive a car we found online listed for $18,990. When we sit down to do the paperwork they added a $2095 package of for window tinting (which the car already had), nitrogen added to tires (no thanks), paint protection (well take our chances). Oh no, this is not OPTIONAL as their website states that it is. Then he said it wasnt there website. It was. He didnt even know what their website looked like. Such a waste of time. The sad part is if they had been upfront and honest and the car would have been listed on there website for $2k more, I would have paid it. But the deception is UNREAL. Complete scumbags.
