      On April 21, 2022 we contracted with T & T Flowers to provide flowers for our wedding reception on 10/22/22. We paid the full amount up front as required - $11,079.39 There's a long list of itemized florals the owner gave us as to what she was going to provide (too long to list here) As the wedding approached she sold us on the idea of using her as a "month of coordinator" An additional $1500.00 was agreed to. We also added $2,600.00 for a bouquet, a corsage and various flowers she was to deliver to our house the day of our actual ceremony which was also 10/22/22 but earlier in the day. My dispute is for the following 1. She never delivered ANY Flowers, bouquet, etc for our ceremony at the house and never gave us a heads up, a reason or even an apology. We were celebrating a wedding ceremony with many friends and family present and.....no flowers at all. 2. At the reception she failed to install a curtain wall (which was part of the agreement) to ours or anyone at the restaurant's satisfaction. It was sagging, it has white pvc piping shown all over the place and we had to insist they remove it before the reception began. Additionally, she only delivered roughly 60-70% of the florals she had itemized in her proposal, much of which was not the specified types of flowers from the contract. Our total paid to date was just over $15k. I tried resolving it amicably with her with asked for a $5,800.00 refund. She balked at that and wouldn't admit to any wrongdoing. She did, however, offer a refund of 3k which is nowhere close to satisfactory. That is where we stand I was actually able to dispute my last payment to them of $2,800.00 on my credit card (the other charges were past the dispute window). I did win that dispute. I DO NOT recommend this company or it's owner/representative. If you look, there is at least one more complaint with the BBB against them with the same kind of complaint

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2023/01/17) */ First of all, this statement is false. He stated that he won his dispute against me. That is completely false. We won the dispute. He stated that we did not do his flowers. We did his flowers and way more. We communicated everything though his god daughter that was on site all day long and she approved anything that had to be changed. We also did additional flowers for this wedding. We were on site all day and night and we were complimented from the bride on how beautiful everything looked. He also states that his goddaughter had to clean everything up at the end of the night which is not true. We loaded ALL of the personal belongings and the flowers into the familys several cars. I know that I was the last to leave because this family had to use my PERSONAL vehicle to transport wedding guest back and forth to and from the wedding because their transportation backed out on them. Which the god Daughter knew about and did not let the bride know in the middle of the day. She asked Jack and told him. I offered my SUV so they would have a way to get the wedding guest back and forth. I sat They also state that ******* the god daughter had to set out flowers. NOT true. MY team of 6 people and myself did this. We added additional flowers to every single table.. Even flowers that they had not paid for. We did a large sweetheart table arrangement that they did not pay for. We added roses and greenery down the tables that had the tall centerpieces because ******* the god daughter said that she thought it would look fuller so we did that as well at no charge. We also moved an entire restaurant of furniture that we had no clue that we were going to have to move until we showed up at the restaurant. The draping that **** mentions, I told Jesica at our last meeting that the draping company had canceled and she told me not to say anything to the bride because she would freak out. I said I will try my best to get it put up with my team which is what we did all day long with her approval. She, ******* then told us to take it down and just let it be and not worry about it. Everything that we did on the day of the wedding went through Jessica, the God daughter.. She knew of every change before anything was done if something was not working. At the end of the night Jessica even hugged every single of my team members and myself and said thank you so much for every thing you did and that everything looked so beautiful. As the bride did also as they were leaving in the exit car. End of this is that JACK did not win the dispute that he filed. I can show you proof that he did not WIN. The business owner is grossly misrepresenting the facts and addressing things that I did not even mention. I will do my best to be brief/concise. Facts 1. My credit card dispute was won as far as I was concerned as the bank credited the charge back to my account on 12/2/22 and I"ve heard nothing to the contrary since. Certainly nothing to the effect of her winning it. The refund is still in my account. 2.In my initial complaint, item # 1 was about the separate $2,600.00 she charged us to deliver florals to our house for the actual wedding ceremony. No one ever showed up/delivered not one floral arrangement as we had a ceremony with family an friends with NO flowers. You'll notice she didn't address this at allin her response She can't deny it. She 's never even apologized 3. She also didn't respond to the fact that she charges us $1,5000.00 to perform "month of" wedding coordination. She did nothing at all in this role that we can tell and she didn't address this either. 4. Her response completely focuses on the reception itself and what was done at the venue. It doesn't address items mentioned in item s2 and 3 above and these items were mentioned in my original complaint. 5. At the reception, my god daughter Jessica was indeed there all day to make sure all went well. She communicated to me early that day that the florist was worrying her as she showed up two hrs late and then didn't have everything that we paid for. ******* was concerned. Many of the specific florals that were in the proposal and paid for were not brought at all or cheaper alternatives were used instead. ******* along with the actual restaurant manager had to take action and help get many florals put in place or it simply was not going to be ready by the time guests started to arrive. ******* pointed many of the missing items, etc to ***** (the florist) but what could we do at that moment. ******* did not approve anything. What could be done? The reception was getting closer and closer to starting and we just had to accept it as it was. 6. She states that they had to clean up and stay late and did not agree to that. That's simply not true as I was present at a meeting the week before where that very thing was discussed and she assured us she had plenty of help and that wouldn't be a problem 6. I had told *******, and also my wife once the florals weren't delivered to the house (SHE WAS NOT HAPPY!) to just do our best to enjoy the day and not ruin this beautiful day stressing over the florist and her lack of performance. I told them we would address these issues later. So yes, we were cordial to her and did not say anything that night. 7. The florals that she DID actually bring and set up were nice, just not near as nice as all that we'd paid for. I told **** and my wife, no one here knows all the missing items except us so let's just enjoy the night. 8. She mentions the use of her car/SUV, which has nothing at all to do with this complaint or the delivery and performance of what we paid for however, we did certainly let her know how much we appreciated that and we also made sure to return the SUV with a full tank of gas at the end of the night One last thing, I came across this recent complaint about her on The Knot (a weeding vendor website). If you click on the link below and then read the top review, it sounds eerily similar to the complaints I've itemized. He actually appealed it through his credit card that we are going through right now..So once again this another false statement by ****. Since he is now stating that I did not do my duties as a "month of coordinator" I actually helped them find vendors starting the moment they hired me. I went to every meeting that was scheduled by JESSICA at the restaurant except one that was a tasting of the food which JESSICA told me that I did not need to attend. She also knew that I just had surgery and told me not to worry about coming to that meeting. Other than that one "tasting" I was at every single meeting that I was told about. I had my assistant at the first meeting with Bianca and Jessica in June or July. This was not a month before the wedding so YES I did do my duties as a month of coordinator. I did more meetings than I was supposed to. He states that he left my car on full at the end of the night. That is also a lie. *******'s fiancee said I put $40 in the car for gas which I explained to them before they took that I would need to take it and put gas in it. They said no we will. He put $40 in it. After many trips back and forth to the hotels of taking guest before the wedding and afterwards you sir, did not leave me with a tank full of gas. I stopped on the way home at 1:45 a.m. to fill my car up. I drive a YUKON XL and $40 will not fill my car up. Yet another false statement by **** Jessica is also lying that we showed up 2 hours late to the restaurant. . We were on time with ALL of the brides decor in an UHAUL that we had to rent to make sure had room to get her stuff there. Plus my car and another vehicle. We were not late. If we had been 2 hours late, there would have not been able to get everything done. My assistant was there at 11:00 also that met us there at the venue. Another lie by the GOD DAUGHTER. ******* did approve ALL and everything that day. He states that the restaurant manager had to step in. No she did not. she had NOTHING to do with any florals at all. She was instructing us on where we had to move the entire restaurant furniture that we did not agree to. Even though **** said that I knew about it the day of our last meeting( but he states that I did not do my duties as a coordinator), but I was there at the meeting. We had not clue about moving any furniture until we arrived. I did offer to refund you for the florals for the house but you REFUSED that amount. I have those emails ****. You were I breach of contract when you started writing reviews and disputing your card charge. You refused the amount that Offered you. Sorry that this is lengthy, but I want to make sure that this is all on here. I hope you can see that ******* and **** both are not telling the truth on the items: Full tank of gas in my car when returned to me: False Month of coordinator: Saying that I did not fulfill my duties, another FALSE statement. I started planning with ******* and Bianca way more than a month before their wedding date. Saying ******* did not approve any changes: Another FALSE statement. I had 6 assistants there that day was can witness to this. She approved any changes. Please know that I am not misrepresenting anything. ******* is not wanting to take responsibility for what she did that day. I offered to refund him for the house florals and he refused to take it. There are a lot of FALSE statements by Jack and *******. I will be more than happy to send more details. As far the knot review, that has absolutely nothing to do with this case at all. Well, I can see how this is continuing to go, he said, she said. I will respond to some of her points here but she simply keeps telling falsehoods. Month of coordinator - We found ALL of our vendors, she did not find one. She did actually attend two meetings but they were mostly about the night of floral arrangements and order of events. She keeps saying ******* approved everything that day which is a twist on, well this isn't here, she didn't bring these items, do your best to make due with what we have. Much different than approving all the mistakes and missing items. She did offer to refund the florals for the house but she wanted that as a full settlement which is not what we're willing to do. ******* worked on this for us for over a year and she did an excellent job of everything and went above and beyond. I've known her her entire life and she is a woman of character, not a liar. I am going to upload an attachment which is the itemized list of what we were sold and the remarks in red are *******'s comments about all the variations in what was delivered. Lastly, I'd like to point out that there are three of us involved on our end, me, my wife and *******. We are all in agreement on our dissatisfaction and wea all agree on the items I've pointed out. So all three of us are lying...? Another thing, this is mostly about principle for me, not the money Not trying to be a braggart but I am very comfortable financially. It's not about the mooney so much as being refunded for goods and services not given or performed. We use every type of flower in that arch. MONTH of coordinator: That means MONTH of not starting in July or August. But I was there for the meetings. I had all email correspondents and also text messages any time ******* would message me. BEFORE the MONTH of the wedding. I did my duties and brought 5 assistants with me the day of the wedding. Thank goodness I did since we had to move an entire restaurant of furniture. You stated that we didn't provide a sweetheart table? You might want togo back and look at your pictures. We absolutely did. We did that at no charge to you. We have a picture to show that. You also forgot to mention all the extra greenery and flowers that we did down the long tables inside and outside.. We used all the roses that we had to put on the tables as directed by *******. She said Bianca would love it more bc it would fuller. I offered you the $3,000 for the flowers for the house that ya'll added on the week of the wedding. You refused it and then dusted your charge which is a BREACH OF CONTRACT. Please refer back to your contract. You also left bad reviews which was also a breach of contract. Please refer back to your contract. The amount that you were asking back, I listed out on the items that you said we did not do. Like using my personal vehicle bc your transpiration failed the day of and ******* did not want to tell your wife and freak her out. I am assuming ******* is the one that told you that they left my vehicle full of gas also. Which is a lie. Left on empty. She also stated that she had to clean up at the ed of the night. Another lie. We put all the flowers and person decor in vehicles. She was in the bathroom changing her clothes. You also stated that we were 2 hours late that day for set up. Another lie. I am assuming ******* told you that also. Seems like ******* is not wanting to tell you the truth. So the question BBB is asking me to check is "Do you accept this business' proposed solution". What solution? All I see is a waste of time going back and forth and getting nowhere as we both seem to have totally different perspectives...on REALITY. I do know from reading ALL the other complaints I could find on T & T, that she likes to sling around the term "Breach of contract".. The problem is, the breach of contract occurred the day she didn't perform, didn't deliver ANY flowers to our house and then shortchanged us on all the flowers at the wedding reception. There is no breach on our end, it was initiated on T & T's end. You'll also notice that all of the former complaints are essentially about the same issues that we experienced. I would love to see a reasonable resolution proposal from T & T rather than all this back and forth. I don't believe there's anything further we can discuss as far as details of the transaction and the delivery, etc Business Response /* (4000, 17, 2023/02/02) */ ****, I offered you an amount and you refused and then you took it upon yourself to breach your contract by disputing the credit card charge and then leaving a bad review which is also a breach of contract. You need to go back and read your contract. You mention other reviews. That has NOTHING to do with your stuff so it is irrelevant so please stop trying bring that up. I have been going back and forth with you for months and you REFUSED my offer and that is when you decided to breach your contract in several different ways. You refuse to hold your goddaughter accountable for her mistakes. Yes the mistakes on the bouquet and the arrangement for the house was on me and I offered to pay you for it but you refused my offer. I do agree this back and forth with **** is absolutely ridiculous and the time is really wasteful especially after he has been caught in several false statements. I'm happy to take that amount for the issues at the house but there is more to it than that. Give us that and we can put this to bed. If yui want to counter wit something close to that, I'll consider it. WE both have more pressing issues that this

      I ordered a homecoming mum for my son's girlfriend I paid additional money to have custom ribbon ordered and added to it. I received a call minutes before I was scheduled to pick it up stating it wasn't ready and ribbon had not been delivered. I got a call 4 hours later that it was ready for pick up. The mum was nothing that I had ordered at all and had been thrown together at the last minute. I reached out to Tammy multiple times to let her know my frustrations and concerns. While I truly felt as though I was entitled for a total refund, due to the product I was given and the price I paid, my main request was that I be refunded $30-$35 for things I paid for that were not on the mum (the custom ribbon and a feather boa on both sides). This is a very straightforward request for that refund. This refund has nothing to do with my satisfaction and absolutely everything to do with paying for things I did not receive. Tammy, the owner, will not respond or get back to me at all, and it has been an incredibly frustrating ordeal to simply recoup money I spent on things she never provided.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/10/24) */ This customer has been issued her refund and then an additional amount. She only requested to be refunded for the camo ribbon which was $10.00. She claims that she paid for 2 feather boas and she didn't. She paid for 1. Which we gave her. She paid $12 for it. Feather boas on mums are $15 each side of the mum. She only paid $12. She was refunded $48 for "her trouble" has she has claimed. That refund was sent back to her card that she paid with. I messaged her on Facebook which is how she communicated only with us about this mum. I told her that the refund had been issued already and there has not been any communication that she received it. I also sent her a text with the receipt of the refund back to her card. She is asking for a refund in full and that is not the case of happening. I offered to add anything to her mum for her and she refused to bring the mum back to us so it could be corrected. She has made it very clear on social media that she will blast me anywhere she can about her mum in which they did wear to homecoming. At this point I feel like I'm being harassed over this especially after she has received an OVER refund for her camo ribbon that we didn't have in stock. That was $10. Her refund was $48 because we apparently caused her trouble. I will be more than happy to get her post on a social media platform where she stated that she will make sure to blast me to everyone.
