  We had A&A out for a slow draining shower. They did a full plumbing inspection as part of the visit. They provided a full price upfront to do the job. They cleaned out the drain and cleaned up real good after. They took pictures of the issue before doing the work and pictures after the completion. These pictures were shared with us as well as their manager. We also took out the annual maintenance contract which gets a free inspection each year and draining the water heater. Very reasonable ******* part of the inspection they pointed out things that would be beneficial to do, but did not push the sell which we appreciated.I will definitely use then again

  Had a severe water leak at our house. Called, and they came out late afternoon. After initial inspection was determined there was a leak maybe in or under the slab. Further test would be needed. So we had to wait for five days for an open slot to further troubleshoot and hopefully resolve the leak issue. Two very polite fellows came out and started the locate and repair task. After a good while the leak was located in the ground just off the foundation where the service transitions from PVC to copper. I ask how they fix something like this and was told of the process. I ask because I have a home construction background, and I also spent the last fifteen years in facilities maintenance. I always try to keep up with the latest technology. They would splice in a piece of "AquaPEX" tubing. So they are doing the splice and have one end connected. They measure out for length and make the cut for the other end connection. After sizing the end of the tubing, he tries to connect it and it's too short. At this point, with my background and training I figure he will do it over again. No. They choose to cut the AquaPEX and splice in a coupling to get the extra length they needed. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. That splice is just another place to have a potential leak. I mean, that's where the current leak is now. A splice! I don't say anything as they do not work for me. Lucky for them. However I am paying the bill. That's why the review, and almost a complaint. Someone from the company replied to another review that, they do not do cheap fix's, and take pride in their work. I wouldn't say it's a cheap fix, but most certainly an improper fix. Surely nothing to be proud about. The short piece should have been removed and a properly sized piece installed. And for this I get a ninety day guarantee. Wow. I have no problem paying for great service. However, as with getting a bad meal at a good restaurant. You will never see me in that restaurant again. Ninety Days, Huh.
