    Friday 10/28 Friday 11/11 I contacted the cleaning authority because I was referred by a friend. After contacting the business they said they would come do an on sight estimate. That was the first red flag. They wanted to do an estimate over the phone, We agreed to a a time and price and they went over their procedures. They said that would be at the house at a certain time and were late both times. After the first cleaning i called and discussed that the cleaning service was not adequate and sent pictures of the things wrong. They said they would send someone out and never did. When the second cleaning happened I rated it a one star on their app that is used to track their services, the same thing happened the job was sub par. I was not contacted or anything. I noticed no one had called to schedule or had scheduled a cleaning so I called the office. They stated that they closed my account because they could not complete the job correctly. They proceeded to insult me and tell me I was making things up when I called. They finally agreed to paying my 155 in a refund. I went to the office to get that refund and they acted like they did not know any thing and lied about a voicemail they left and once I had them listen to it they were like oh yeah that is us. This company never provided the service I paid for was rude insulting and never gave me the refund they promised. I also believe they did not want to clean here because they found out we are a gay married couple. I am filing a separate complaint on that. with this complaint just looking for the refund I was promised.
