JW Roofing and Remodeling is fantastic! BBB.org seems to blank out names, so I will go with executive administrator for the person who oversaw the entire operation. Her attention to detail, making sure all the workers that came to the house, did just what they were supposed to do and didnt cut any corners. I needed a new roof because of hail damage. The executive administrator came in with her team and assessed the damage and all the detail work that would be needed to accomplish the work and wrote up the estimate and sent it to my insurance company. The first adjuster my insurance company sent out made kind of a low ball estimate, ignoring all the extra work that would be needed to do the roof replacement and repairs correctly. The executive administrator worked with my insurance company to cover all the costs needed to have the work completed as it should be. The result was that the final bill paid by the insurance company was about 40% higher than what the low ball estimate was from the first adjuster. It took quite a bit of going back and forth with the insurance company, but the executive administrator was there every day to insure that the insurance company paid for everything. I highly recommend JW Roofing and Remodeling.

JW Roofing & Remodeling was the best! We lost our hot water and it was leaking water through our walls. ** came in quickly and did an A+ 5 Star job replacing and rebuilding the walls. They were very considerate of our family being without hot water and I feel really care about their customers. I will definitely recommend and use their services again.JW Roofing & Remodeling

JW Roofing & Remodeling is a first class company with customer service that exceeds expectations. We had a number of projects that included a new roof, new gutters and siding and we would fully recommend their services. We were kept informed every step of the way regarding materials to be used and their recommendations on our roof and gutters were 100% accurate. Our HVAC costs have reduced since the installation of our new roof and the revamping of the gutters has resulted in much less water run off in undesired areas. They also rebuilt a garden wall which garners many compliments from those who drive/walk by our home. A very professional company.JW Roofing & Remodeling

JW Roofing and Remodeling did a fantastic job. Due to a plumbing situation, I had to get a complete bath remodel for my guest bathroom, tiling and cabinet work in the master bathroom, and wall work in my living room. Thankfully, the owner of a drywall company I had called saw the condition of my guest bath and gave me ********************* name and number. She was a godsend. I cannot describe the fear and anxiety I had about the state of my home when I called *******. She was there for me every step of the way to walk me through the rebuilding process. Every technician in my house was kind, courteous, and respectful. The project was completed in a matter of weeks, and I was consulted daily about the progress made. I want to start off by saying how unfortunate your situation was and what you went through. With that stated, you have to be one of the calmest and collected individuals I have ever met. You handled the unfortunate situation you found yourself in due to the decisions of another company with the most remarkable character. That's a very difficult thing to do in and of itself. This is a world-class company! I had significant hail damage to four of the buildings on my property and an insurance company that was giving me the run around. When I notified ************************* that I had selected JW Roofing and Remodeling, she pursued the insurance company and tenaciously fought for me to get me a reasonable settlement. The workmanship was excellent, and timely. They even came back and power washed my drive and sidewalks to remove marks from their vehicles on the drive. They came highly recommended which they lived up to and they exceeded my expectations!JW Roofing & Remodeling

Right off the bat, Mrs. ** your property was absolutely stunning. The spread, and all the plants and flowers were gorgeous. You should charge admission. Additionally, you had the patience of a saint when it came to your insurance company. Kudos to you for that! I sincerely hope it all worked out well and to your extreme benefit. This was our second experience using JW Roofing and Remodeling. They did a previous job repairing an error by another roofer. *************************, the executive administrator, is a seasoned professional with attention to detail. During the whole process she stayed in touch with the repair from "tear off to installation". Along the way she provided numerous suggestions and improvements that helped us end up with a much better roof than the original builders installed. Her working with the "ins and outs" of dealing with our rigid home insurance company proved invaluable! We would definitely use this company again.JW Roofing & Remodeling

We researched several roofing companies and narrowed down our search to four. We had each company come to our home and give us an estimate for hail damage we sustained to our roof. JW Roofing was the third company to visit us, and by far, was the most professional, responsive, easiest and best to communicate with, prompt, punctual, and did exactly what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. ************************* is a rockstar. She is on it!! Any question, no matter how many times I asked it, she answered it, patiently and courteously. She kept us informed every single step of the way. The entire JW Roofing team did a terrific job on our roof, and cleaned up extremely well at the end of the job. Best of The Best. From initial meeting to final wrap up everyone and everything about this company was great. We had significant hail damage to the roof, garage doors, fascia, gutters, and chimney. They acted on our behalf throughout to make sure that the insurance company paid for items accurately. They arranged with all excellent contractors and monitored closely the schedule and work performed. Superb communication throughout, on-site supervision, attention to detail, expert workmanship, and professionalism all around were all top notch. Yes, **** Mr. ** I would like to start off by stating a few facts about our company and the highest of standards of expectations we place on any individual or tradesman who work with us or are considering becoming part of our team. One in maybe ***** in any given trade might make the cut. And that is a huge maybe. We expect the full package in every individual performing scopes of work on our clients homes and businesses. The level of professionalism, communication, quality of materials being used, and the quality of workmanship is of utmost importance. From start to finish, including clean-up, everything must be second-to-none in the industry. There are very few clients whose expectations exceed ours, as JW Roofing & Remodeling is normally the one exceeding most others. You, **** are the exception! Mediocrity is not acceptable in our company, from those performing administrative duties,to those out in the field who make the projects happen. This was by far the most challenging project we had in all of 2023. Your attention to detail and expectations are of the highest caliber. My home needed some roof work; had some shingles blow off the roof and that caused some leaking and interior damage. Over the last year I have had 4 or 5 estimates from roofers in the area. The repair explanations never were clear to my expectations. I took months trying to find a roofer that made me feel totally comfortable. When JW Roofing showed they had what I expected. I was given perfect explanations to all my questions and concerns from ******* in the office to ***** in the field. The quote was great and needless to say, I was comfortable.
