    Never showed up. Never answered our calls!! Texted twice only to say yes they would come.

    This has to be one of the worst, places I have ever had to deal with. My fridge had been down for a month before they finally got out to look at it, and that was only after i contacted whirlpool corporate. Then said it needed a part, was told have it in a week, then the day it was to be in, i was told another week, then that day came and went 2 days after that was told it would be another month before they could come out. No communication, no show on 4 different occasions.
