    CashMax uses a "Crab in a Barrel" approach for their lending practices. I was bated into a large loan by an insisting branch manager that was visiting the office I had done in the past. This was six months ago and I'm still paying the interest on it. Today I paid another interest payment and was signing the renewal contract when I noticed the final paperwork. This paper consist of giving them a blanket right to access my bank account and withdraw the full loan payment if they don't hear a response from me when they call wether one call within the first hour. I called their office and explained that I have reservations for completing the paper. This being so, I said if my normal pay or payment day falls on a day that is a non banking day and my paycheck would not be available until the bank open. If this is so, their computer system will still remove the full loan regardless of which day or holiday it'll fall upon. I refused to sign the paper and was told that the payment I sent them today will not be counted and they will not refund the money. This is a forced and strong armed tactic to keep their customers as "Crabs in a Barrel". Beware of this netting process, they drag in more I'll gotten gains by not allowing customers to pay off their loans.

    These people are VERY rude and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL....I let them know i was unable to make my payment but would as soon as possible , they tell me they would call me back in a week to check then, they KEEP BLOWING UP MY PHONE AND ALSO HANGING UP.....ALSO OLDER LADY WHOM LEFT MESSAGES ON MY PHONE NEEDS TO LOSE THAT ATTITUDE, SHE DEMANDS TO CALL BACK NOW WITH VERY UGLY RUDE ATTITUDE.....NEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

    Representative from CashMax called and I explained that I would pay once I received direct deposit which was late due to holiday on Monday, 12/25. They charged my card without my permission which is fraud. I did not give them permission. They also did not call me to advise they charged my card.
