    On the 4th of July two family vehicles without any notice. Then REFUSED to notify us of where the vehicles were, or how to locate them. We finally were able to get information by stopping the driver on where they were located only to be given the incorrect address, numerous times via website, decal branding, and signs posted outside of business. Joe the "manager" stated he was not legally required to to inform us of why, where, or any extent as to how to resolve the situation. The address posted outside and online was incorrect which delayed our pickup due to faulty information.

However, from July 1-4 of 2022, Joe (Manager) was driving through the park per the manager of shadow mountain MHP request. We keep a copy of the park rules/contract in the vehicle at all times. There is also a sign at the entrance of the park stating that vehicles in violation will be towed at the owners (vehicle owners) expense. 1.) Mrs. ****** signed a copy of these park rules and copy is provided here. It is Mrs. ******'s responsibility to make sure anyone who visits abide by the park rules when they visit. 2.) Mrs ****** would not be entitled to a full refund due to the fact she was not the vehicle owner. A copy of the ticket on the vehicles is provided. 3.) Our contract with Shadow Mountain MHP does not require us to give a courtesy knock on the door. The reason for this is all park rules are known by the tenant beforehand by the signing of the above park rules. These rules are signed by each tenant as a part of the renewal of any lease. 4.) Our address and phone are listed on the Website. Printouts of the the information found through a google search are provided. Our Trucks are required to have certain information on the vehicles and a simple picture of the trucks could have been taken. Furthermore, Mrs. ****** found a way to place a google review (provided also) of which she would have seen all the information she needed to contact or find the company to locate the car/truck towed. Therefore, Mrs. ****** has no stand in the complaint against Blackjack Towing and Heavy Haul for the vehicles that were towed. Her view of being wronged is invalid and all information of which she asked for was provided in multiple ways. Continued harassment over the issue are being recorded by the company and will be left to the owner as to handle.
