      8/25/22 purchased a 2012 Audi Q5 from ****** ******* at Keating Motors in Sour Lake,TX. Being close to 1 month of having vehicle I noticed that the vehicle had not yet been reported on my credit so I carefully review my finance paperwork such as credit application to find that it had multiple errors. Errors were in the last digit of my so called security number, second digit of my driver's license and spelling of my street address. Owner *** ******* was notified on 9/22/22 and was made aware that I wanted to return vehicle and wanted o part of the car financing deal for fear of fraud so 9/23/22, I went in person to *** ******* office and got finance company on speaker phone in *** ******* presence to make them aware of my decision to leave vehicle in his presence with key and hand written letter of reason why vehicle returned and they informed us both that all needed to be done to reverse car deal under 30 days old and first car note not til October 9th was to refund finance money and title would be returned to dealership but *** ******* is refusing to comply to reverse car deal/ refund finance company and refusing to refund my down payment of $1000 for vehicle. Conversation via email is attached as well as photo of credit application. I've read that if an error is found on a contract it makes it void in state of Texas.

      On 8/17/2022 at 4:45 pm we received a credit application online from Mrs. *******.  In order for us to receive a credit application online the customer has to fill the credit application themselves.  Keating Motors did not fill out the credit application for her. Once we receive this application we take all information given and proceed with our normal route of trying to get the customer approved on the vehicle they have picked out.  Mrs. ******* came to our office shortly after, drove the 2012 Audi and at that time agreed to purchase the vehicle.  I was notified by Mrs. ******* that one of the numbers on her social security number was one digit off, at that time I called my sales rep from the finance company she had financed her vehicle with and notified him of the situation in which he told me that was no problem they had got the correct social security number from her social security card that we had made a copy of and sent to them for verification of the correct social security number.  Mrs. ******* signed a valid contract with all the correct information, there was nothing wrong with the vehicle or the contract she had signed. 
      Knowing there is nothing wrong with the contract or the vehicle she bought from us I felt there was no need for a return of the vehicle in this situation.  Being in business since 2005 we have never had any fraudulent activity at this dealership.

      I am rejecting this response because:there is no way I would willingly enter inaccurate information knowing that this purchase would be my only means of transportation since selling my 2021 New BMW for this vehicle. I am a businessman woman as well and I’m doing what is best for me to protect what I have. I prefer to undo the whole deal to put my mind at ease.

      The ONLY way we can receive the online credit applications is if the customer fills out this application themselves online, there is no way for us to fill out this application ourselves online.  With that being said we have done all we can do.
