Dr. ********************** is a great doctor and his staff has always been professional but ever since a ***************************** who also told me to address her as Mrs. ********************** showed up in recent years, I have experienced really horrid customer service. Previously it has only been the way she looks at me in what seemed to be a very unwelcoming way but as long as there has never been openly rude interaction, I don't very much care. However, recently I asked an honest question related to payment and her response was completely blown out of proportion, discriminatory, rude, and unprofessional - she raised her voice at me and told me to go somewhere else because I must be the kind of person who walks into a store and walk out with my bread without paying for it. Who says such things to a patient? I was so shocked but I was too in pain to delay my visit. When I did go for my in-person session with the doctor, she came to confront me in the patient room and when I told her I do not appreciate being spoken to like that she claims that the receptionist who took my question said that I was rude so she decided to jump down my throat as soon as she got me on the phone. I had my call my recorded so I know that's impossible and I can prove it, and I told her so. I was in pain and in need of immediate attention while dealing with someone so mean. So bizarrely bad service and probably biased - I suspect ******** treats me that way because she is racist towards brown girls too.
