    ******************** has taken well over $50,000 from me over the last 3 years. He manage to add some speakers, but none of them are hooked up. He sold me this idea of a raising under ground television for $25,000 for the case / lift / TV. All of whivh never appeared, but he swore that he had it in storage, but refused to send it to my house. He took a working Audio and remote system in my house, removed them and added nothing in return. My house no longer has any audio or universal remotes. I have a quote from a new company that will complete his job for $57000 (which I do not have sitting around. He sold me equipment that I did not need (then he did not even bring over that equipment). Clearly fraudulent practices. He was using one job to pay for the other (I clearly paid for multiple other jobs). Now avoids any possible contact.

    I paid ***************************** $1,150 July 14 to install new Sonos speakers and repair existing audio system. He never performed the work. I have called and texted ****** over the past few months. He ignores my attempts to get in touch with him and does not return messages. I would like to be reimbursed $1,150.

    I have been waiting since November 4, 2021 for *****************************, owner of Axxis Audio and Video to complete a job. It includes 4 TVs, racks, sound bar and wireless speaker and digital switches in my home. I finally got the TVs hung at Easter. He was supposed to return on Monday with the sound bar and Roku because the TVs didnt work with ATT ********* stream. It is now September 27, 2022 and I am still waiting. He has made appointments to do the work more times than I can count and never shown up or even called. He never delivered a lot of the equipment and I have 4 TVs that dont work. I requested a refund a few weeks ago and then gave him two more chances to make this right and still no shows. He told me he would be here this past Thursday afternoon or Friday morning when he finished another job. Then Friday morning I was told at 10:30am they were stopping to hang another tv before they came to my house. Then they were in traffic, and they forgot my TVs, then a story about a nail in a tire and could they come on Saturday. Saturday morning I was told his guys are at the tire store and will call me when they are on their way because ****** cracked a tooth and had to get it fixed. Once again no show, no call. Monday has come and gone and there was no contact from him. The excuses are to the absurd point. He always seems to have his guys working but they never seem to be able to get here. At this point he owes me almost $20,000. I have requested a refund. I have had no response from him.
