I $1,000 to the clinic as prepaid fees for services to be rendered. After I paid this money, I had one introductory single session of micro-needling of the face. The fee quoted at that time for this treatment was $200 for a single session or $500 for 3 sessions. During treatment time, also consulted regarding having additional areas of the back and neck treated with micro needling at future appointments, at the rate of $250 per session.***** was to email me a quote, confirming that these combined areas would be included in the fee of $250. They confirmed that the $1,000 ************** paid was to be used. for ****************** choice of services you offered and there was no disclosure fees were not refundable.I never received an email from *****.Iinquired many times thereafter, attempting to book other services and use $800 credit balance. However, their scheduling conflicts prevented me from coming in for further treatment. I thereafter received an email from them, suggesting that I go elsewhere for the previously rendered T pellets. You therefore owe me $800 for which ldemand is hereby re-made.As of todays date Follow up to Carecredit confirmed the respondent never issued a refund.ONLY a cash refund to the complainant will be accetpable in the sum of $800 mailed to PO BOX **** ***************.

I have spoken to ************* lawyer on several occasions and sent all the documents to show her visits and amount owed.
i credited Carecredit, the company she used to finance the services. In the past few weeks I have been in contact with Carecredit and they have documentation that I paid $300 to them and are looking to see if this resolves the issue. I have nothing to hide and am glad to refund what was owed, which I have done. I have been in business for many years and have never received a complaint like this because we are an honest company

    i await information from Carecredit.

    Complaint: 20246503

I am rejecting this response because:
As previously stated, the attorney claims he has never verbally spoken to the owner/dr.

Further, they have yet to provide any documetation evidencing they provided a refund.

Their accounts go against what other parties have testified to.

The refund amount demanded also is $750, not $300.

They are still welcome to DIRECTLY remit the refund to of $750 to the address provided to them PO BOX **** *************** to settle this ongoing claim.
    Regards,

I am rejecting this response because:

He just confirmed in writing he still has not issued refund to us as demanded for $750 of services we paid to CC and never got.

A $300 dipsute in his favor now increases the amount seeking to $1,000.

Of course a credit to him would only be debit to us.

And furthermore, he continues to talk about a $300 sum when the original amount was $700, either becuase he does not care or does not comprehend, not sure which.

    Regards,

I am writing you this letter to propose a final settlement regarding your claim about amount owed to you. I have complied by sending records to your attorney as well as Care Credit. The ******************* has ruled in my favor after accepting the $300 refund that has been applied to your account.
Although the dispute is settled I want to offer you $500 in the form of a cashiers check to have complete resolution. In return if you accept this offer, you agree to stop emailing my company, the BBB, Care Credit and anyone else regarding this case.
If you accept this offer, respond to this email and  please send your address to receive the check.
I will also make know to Care credit and the BBB that this case is settled and there will be no more correspondences.
