    I ordered MagniLife Relaxing Leg Cream PM from Amazon - the container arrived with seal open/broken. Amazon said to contact the seller; I did. 1st message sent day of receipt, June 28 - explained situation and asked for refund or replacement and included the Amazon order number. No response. 2nd message, July 2 - explained situation again and asked for a refund or a new bottle that isn't damaged. Response received on July 5 asking me to provide address. 3rd message, July 7 - address sent. Since no response, 4th message, July 9 - checking to see if previous message received. Still no response, 5th message, July 13 - asked if a replacement will be sent. STILL NO RESPONSE AND REPLACEMENT NOT RECEIVED. All emails sent using the initial email, so all information is in one trail. Two attachments - order information and email trail.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  The refund was submitted to my credit card and is pending approval.

    There was an ad in the **** magazine for different products for pain. I ordered the cream for foot problems. I have a condition with dry and burning feet and have tried several products. I thought since the **** was indorsing it, I could trust that it had their approval. When I received something different, I called to tell them the wrong product was sent. They refused to do anything about the mistake.In their ad, it said guaranteed and money back. Even tho I reminded the man of their guarantee, he would not honor the ad. I lost the money for nothing. Can you please help me. The company is Magnilife and I attached a copy of the ad.
