    Hello, I booked a room reservation yesterday 6/4 @ 12:48 MST, after booking I realized I booked the day after and not the day before, honest mistake. Within 4 min of realizing this (12:52 MST), I called ID90 and spoke to an agent and they instructed me to call the hotel directly to see if a modification or cancellation is allowed, I thought this is odd. I called hotel and they said ID90 needs to call and handle it since it was not booked direct, which makes sense since the charge goes to ID90 and not hotel directly during the initial booking. I called ID90 back and they said they will see if they can escalate. I got a ticket started via email that said because the booking was made with the incorrect date initially and the non-refundable rate, I'm out of luck and that I need to contact the hotel. This was an honest mistake and I called immediately and this was within 4 minutes of the purchase and within ******************************************************** correcting this matter since it is not a cancellation, just a re-booking. I emailed to escalate this to someone who can make this right, no reply. I will be disputing with my credit card once the charge clears. Horrible customer service and this should already be taken care of. I will be booking direct with hotel next time and not ID90. Please refund my money if you will not cancel and let me re-book through your site.

    I have used them over the years but in the last 2 months they have stolen money and refused to respond or refund. You can no longer get a person to call you they will continue to email you without any resolve. Much like the complaints on here they will keep your money even with the hotel vouching for you.

    Upon reviewing your cases currently being handled with our Customer Support Team, we are sorry to hear you are dissappointed with the resolution time.
    Kindly note this cases need to be escalated via a 3rd party supplier that is in between us and the Hotel and there are protocols we can't avoid as per the contracts and agreements set in place.
    As of yet so we continue to negociate with them on your behalf through our Supplier. As a courtesy to you we will expedite the resolution of your case while we continue to negociate with the property.
