      I started the program in October. And I did started to see results right away. Here a things I don't agree on.1 - pressure of buying there expensive product and pills 2- meal plan- works only for so long than your body starts slowing down and gets bored 3- not getting the answer ,when you tell them your daily routine .From morning to afternoon.Everyones lifestyle is different.4- having to take more pills a day than actual food 5- the constant weigh in three times a day 6-felt like that the staff was not much help in certain questions 7-having to starve yourself in the morning and live more on pills than food 8- some people don't like to take a lot of pills 9- called them and told them ,that I do not wish to continue and they still continue to call and harras you and have the decency to say we have a sale on products .I mean what kind of buisness keeps calling to gain buisness.I wasn't happy with the meal plan for working individual.The constant taking pills for different things.Every day.Not listening .Understanding people's lifestyle Pills shouldn't be your Meal replacement.Different sizes of pills .The amount .You take more pills that you actually eat.Overall don't drink the shakes.They don't mix good .The drink mixes will stain your water bottle and create mold after a while. Gets you thinking what is actually in these mixes .Same with the food .I thought that trying this place would ******* did at first but after a while the body gets tired of the same routine.Harrassing people and calling your client after they were told that the client would not *********** very unprofessional.

      This program doesn't work for people with hasamotos. Doctor told me not to use after liver enzymes increased after taking pills... which is alot of pills. Company won't refund any money. All they want to do is sell product and they aren't knowledgeable about these types of issues even though they claim to be experts. I spent over $500 on their products in addition to the $800 for the program...which was originally $3500 and discounted if we signed up that night. Product needs to be purchased every week to stay on program plus all the pills they want you to take. Be careful when signing up. The problem is you have to stay in program to get their guarantee that you will lose weight. Too bad if doctor tells you not to do it. Tried to diplomatically and respectfully ask for refund. Request denied. Very disappointed and will not recommend to anyone.

      I love the S4L plan it is so easy to understand and easy to follow. You cook your own food not frozen prepackaged foods. The Ladies at the Mesquite location help to keep you going in the right direction on your weight loss journey. They even get so excited as you loss weight as you do . Ive lost 70 lbs so far and have not been at this weight in over 30 years. Ive tried other weight loss programs without any luck . This program is so easy to do that I see my self living my life eating the same foods from the program to maintaining my goal weight. Thanks so much S4L with all of the help and encouraging words as I go through this journey in my life . *******

      I am a big fan of S4L I lost 45 pounds in 12 weeks when I was living in *****. We recently moved and the stress helped me gain back some weight. In *******, there is no physical location of S4L so I go to ****** in the ********** ** location virtually. ****** is awesome, very friendly and likes to encourage her clients to stay on plan and loose weight. If you need help loosing the weight S4L can help you do it. The products are a bit pricey but if they help you learn to eat the right food in the right portions then it is worth the money. The benefit with Slim 4 Life is you cook your own food and learn how to balance yourself. No exercise is required but it would certainly help keep you fit and happy. FIVE STARS all around!!!

      S4L is the best weight-loss program I've ever been on! I go to the Las Colinas center, and ****** is absolutely the BEST counselor, I love, love, love her!! She provides the one-on-one counseling I need to keep me focused. The program is easy to follow, it lets me eat real food, even have the occasional glass of wine if I want. When I hit a plateau, ****** reviews ************* and makes the switches that get me losing again. I don't follow the program 100% every single day, but I have lost almost 50 pounds. Could/would I lose faster if I followed it 100% every day? Probably, but the nice thing is I don't have to, and I don't get scolded if/when I don't. S4L understands that weight loss is not 'one size fits all' - this is my journey, and I need to do it my way.

      Slim for life weight loss center has changed my life. I lost 77 pounds and 54 inches in just 6 months. My eating habits has changed completely. If you are wanting to change your eating habits and loose the weight I recommend slim for life weight loss center. It will change your life completely.
