The Company Belsome H20 Installers was referred to us by our neighbors who had the water softening system installed at their resident and they like the company and they like the product and they like what it did for them so I gave them a call and have them come out and install the system at my resident called him six months later to come and change the filter that was stated to us the day of installment that wouldn’t be a problem if ever we needed it changed I’ve had The water softener system over a year the filter haven’t been changed when we called them they don’t have time to come and honor their product noticed that since I’ve had it it keeps draining down my driveway staying in my driveway so I reached out to The company October 25 left a message no call back and my husband stated it’s a waste of time I left a message that I needed them to change the filter and come and reroute this waterline so I can go down my drain it instead of my driveway no call back and I feel I need to reach out to you all because they have BBB on their business card but they’re not honoring their work. I feel they should refund me my money pick up the equipment fix what they have damaged to install it and I will get a software company that stand by their word.
