  I took my vehicle here to get painted December 2022, just pick it up this month June 2023, not knowing that it will take 6 months, Who want their vehicle in any shop for 6 months? ‘’I don’t’', when they did finally paint it, in June 2023, six months later, both door handles area has over lap paint and scars, which they did not fix, look like they just took a permanent marker and went over the area. I bought a set of $500 headlights which they broke the tabs, when they called me and said the vehicle was ready, I also asked him to put on an in-tank fuel pump and fuel filter that I bought brand new, he started saying "he is losing money’’, because, it take time to do things, he say the molding trim on the side of vehicle had to be trimmed " but don't forget he had it six months, he did put on the In-Tank fuel pump, and filter, which I asked him to do, it was time for the inspection sticker, so I asked owner to inspect vehicle, which he did according to him, but on my checks, the horn wasn't working, and I told him and he said the horn needed to be replaced, because they didn't do anything with horn, the guy wouldn't even look at it, you think just out of courtesy, and don't forget he just done a state inspection and passed it, also when these guys installed the air deflector guard which is painted, and the license plate cover was jammed against the deflector guard cutting into the paint, very unprofessional, the business is not willing to look at a problem they supposedly fix. They installed the in-tank Fuel pump and filter, and notice the fuel gauge not working , I went up to shop to inform the owner the fuel gauge is not working and it was working before they installed the in-tank fuel pump, he told me the cluster was bad, but he never look at it, I took the vehicle to another shop to have them look at it, and they found the fuel pump was installed incorrectly, it was forced in, damaging the float and sending unit,, . He wasn't willing to look at it,

  Like to make the public aware of the service given by Spring Auto service (Mike the owner) I doubt that is his real name. Last year around June or July I do not have the paperwork on me. Going to have to make a long story short Mike charged me for an engine and heater core 4200 dollars, after one week of driving the car I heard a noise I ask him to look at it he did said it was the motor mount. I said you just changed the engine and didn't notice the motor mount oh it could have happened afterwards. Anyhow my warranty would not cover any of the work thats another story, so he went ahead and did the work(changed motor and heater core or so he says) I changed the motor mount myself when I did I looked under the car to find the VIN number and low and behold the same VIN on the car is the same VIN on the motor block, I ask him why that is he said motors don't have VIN numbers on them I took a pic and sent to him making him aware this will now go into litigation. After further inspection he never changed the heater core either I took my car to another shop for a radiator hose change out and was letting him know what went on with the car the shop owner said if he changed the heater core he would had to have removed all the dash, carpet and seating to do so. And I know that didnt happen because I had a tie wrap holding some carpet up on the bottom of my glove compartment. Basically I want people to know this guy is a crook and a scammer, I ask if he has the video showing his tech replacing anything he didn't reply. Been waiting now for over 6 months to get our court date going to show the judge the VIN on the engine block and dash and I want him to try to explain that when the invoice clearly states remove and replace engine it did not happen.
