      Have been a Pulse power customer for three years when my renewal came up May 5 I renewed, then I decided to cancel then I called back and renewed again after looking on power to choose at current rates however, apparently when I called back in there ain’t never got locked in fast forward to a month after and I received a bill for almost $900 though the portal showed my locked and rate from the phone call when I called in the customer service, they created a case number said they would review it and get back to me in 24 to 48 hours however about nine cases later by phone and nine emails later where they have opened and close case numbers it has still not been corrected I finally just renewed online to prevent me from still being charged. The astronomical holdover rate was still being told that they would review it by their social care team another month went by got a new bill still that old rate but just a few days of the online rate that I had locked in , I have an email and I have a case number by phone and these people have still yet to correct the bill. I cannot get a member of Mgmt. to call me back. I cannot even get a phone call back with the actual resolution only phone calls back that close case numbers and open new ones , the first three years I had them they were great no problem these last 2 1/2 three months have been a nightmare but now I’m locked in a 12 month contract as I feel I had no other option since the response time is ridiculous . I would love a supervisor member of management from the company to please reach out to me or just have a representative that can actually do something besides open case number incorrect invoices this is customer service at the worst. I would not recommend Pulse to anyone ever again. How can a company that did so great for three years suddenly just turn to crap.

      When Pulse Power was bought out by ***** my bills that were sent to me electronically stopped. I have called them twice in the last three months and they say they fixed the issue but another billing cycle has passed and I did not get a bill. I looked at my account and it still states paperless so how can they not send a bill but take the payment when it is due? This is poor business practice and my next complaint filed will go the Public Utilities Commission. I am also talking with the Department of Consumer Affairs.

      OH MY GOD! I can't believe how crooked these guys are!!! I've never experienced anything like this from a company. I lost my job last year and was highly stressed trying to keep up. I suddenly get a bill that shows me owing them over a thousand dollars, and that I hadn't paid in about 5 months. I was like "holy crap,I can't believe I have been so stressed that I hadn't paid in 5 months, why didn't they give me a termination notice yet?" I set up payments and went into further stress and hardship trying to get this paid off, and now that I finally had a minute to think and breathe and look into it, after months of them taking my payment money - it turns out that I NEVER missed a payment. It shows on my bank statements as well as on their OWN website! the only difference was they charged under PUlse Power Collection for the times they didn't give me credit for, and myenergyinvoice.com for the times they DID give me credit for. This situation almost broke me at a time when I was most vulnerable!!! How can anyone get away with this??

      So they went through a system changed and stopped sending out bills for 3 months. I checked several times each of those months to see what I owed. Now that they are getting back on track, they are back billing for those months! Newest bill is over $1000! They refuse to take any responsibility themselves for their mistake. No discount offered, just that they’re not adding any fees and allowing me to defer payments of over the next 5 bills. Basically, my next 5 bills will have an extra $345 plus my usage! Completely outrageous!

      2 bills were duplicates, but with different amounts owed. No explanation, no itemized bill on the second one. Also no follow up after a "case" was supposedly opened. Foreign owned, foreign customer NON service.

      Pulse power is a SCAM. I have a 10kw solar system and since 2015 I have never had a bill over 100 bucks. These people hit me for a 300 dollar bill, granted 100 was from tdu charges...but still...a 200.00 bill! My house is tight, new insulation, new windows, all air gaps found and filled, doors sealed. My house is so insulated that when it snowed.... I had a roof covered in white where all my leaky neighbors snow had spots that melted due to heat loss. My ac and heating equipment is all new and heat pump stuff. There is ABSOLUTELY no way I used that much electric. Hell, I'll burn firewood before I use a heater....I'm cheap. And nevermind trying to talk to their foreign customer service centers! Can't understand half of them and if you do manage to understand them....they really have no clue what to do except read off the script. They cannot solve problems. Their solar buy back plan sucks too...they only pay half of what you produce so you are basically giving them free money.

      The company "updated" its computer software last September. They did not send me a bill for TWO months in spite of me calling and asking them to send a bill. When I did get a bill, it was of course for that bill plus the two missing bills. I asked to pay the higher bill out over time, and through the process they still have not set up a payment plan. They said they would have to remove my budget billing in order to set up a payment plan. They could not tell me what my current balance was on budget billing (what credit I had for overpaying or what I owed for underpaying on budget billing). I went by my current invoice that said I had a credit. It took Pulse 6 weeks to take off my budget billing only to have them tell me I owed several hundred dollars from underpaying on budget billing. They are sending it to their accounting team to try to "figure out a solution" to the problem, but their agents still cannot give me solid answers nor provide me with a credible solution. It makes me wonder how long it will take them to find a "solution". Another six weeks?

      Unable to log in it is the same ** *** ** that I have use in the past and they won't let me reset password keep saying security error. I called phone number on the bill instead a scammer ask for my address want to send me a gift card. I decided to mail in the bill and change to other company. This is company is a joke

      I had switched to another provider and taken the early termination fee. My last bill totaled over $900. I called to discuss my last bill with an agent, and she said on a recorded line that since the account is now inactive that I can pay month to month without penalty, and it would not go to collections. This was in June at the start of Houston's heat wave 2023. She said I would have to pay over the phone each month. Last week I called and the agent said I had a $0 balance and I said that couldn't be. After the agent put me on hold, she said that my account went to collections. They said that they would review the phone call in June and get back to me. After hours they reached out to me and they said that was what I said was on the phone conversation in June and they would not honor that agreement and that I needed to pay in full in 60 days or it would go to collections again. On Monday three days later, I asked to speak to a supervisor and he would not honor the previous recorded agreement. He said I could only give you 30 days but I am extending it to 60 days. I asked him if he knew what BBB rating the company was and he said he did but would not discuss it with me. I said it was a F rating.
